Why only one coffee serving in a room for two? Why do the pipes clank all night? Valets and check-in were excellent.

Paid way too much for a not great hotel room, thought breakfast was included and should of been, so spent 50.00 for breakfast at society which was over priced. Then get a email after we got home that we had to pay 25.00 a day for parking, which was never mentioned on Travelocity web page or the hotel.If I would of booked room directly the room would of been cheaper and wouldn’t have to pay parking.Will not stay there again.

Very convenient location. Staff is delightful, valet is quick, bar is stocked with great (and healthy) food choices.

Closet space was very small. Could not hang up all of our clothes. Water pressure was very poor.

Nice property overall, valet service was quick and polite as was check in and check out. The hotel has a lot of busy roads around it. There was a lot of street noise at most hours of the day and night. Made for a noisy room when trying to sleep. Room had a lot of dust on chairs and baseboards and the floor hadn’t been really cleaned for some time. The furniture and beds were comfortable and newer. Breakfast was just a buffet so we went elsewhere.

This hotel is convenient to restaurants, the Old Market, has a great bar and restaurant on site. However, it was an expensive room and the highway noise was awful!

I appreciated the hotel's location as it is close to the airport. There were several interesting dining options and the centralized courtyard was an interesting feature. Staff members were very friendly and helpful.

Tried to charge valet parking rate instead of self park. Tried to charge for internet that I didn't use. Did not inform us that we needed our room key to get out of parking garage upon check out, so we had to back up and call the hotel by phone. Staff not very friendly. Expensive and not worth it. The Marriotts we stayed at in Idaho and Wyoming were much better.

Loved the environment. Was very clean and inviting. Only thing that would have been great is better parking. But everything else was perfect.

Big concert in the area. Staff was efficient and polite. Great food and drink options. Close to events.

The entire property is well maintained and very clean. The location is in walking distance of our weekend plans.

Only one person working at the reception desk. Waited in line to check in. Room wasn’t ready. Came back a couple of hours later and had to wait in line again. Staff was very rude.

Centrally located to many destinations downtown. Nice area. Check-in quick and friendly. Easy and friendly.

We were there for one night and every single person we interacted with (front desk, housekeeping, hotel bar) was an absolute dream. A truly great experience. 10/10!
