Maslina is already an incredible place, but Batu made our stay even more incredible with his service. He went above and beyond to make sure our honeymoon was the best it could possibly be - he made us reservations at all the best restaurants in Stari Grad and even Dubrovnik too where we are headed next. He also gave us recommendations for the other destinations on our trip. We loved getting to know him and were so impressed by his customer service skills. He made us feel very special! This resort is the most thoughtfully luxurious place we’ve ever stayed - every little thing about it is just perfect. We will be back!

Just had the most wonderfully stay in Hvar at the Maslina Resort. A hidden gem. A beautiful resort in a magnificent surrounding nature. Most friendly staff always concerned to give the best service ...a dream. , The restaurant , french refined cuisine, they ruined my wasteline . We will definitely come back. We traveled to Maslina for our honeymoon and it was our favorite resort on our trip. I would consider Maslina a 6 star resort - it is above the rest in every way. The design of the hotel is one of the most thoughtfully designed spaces I’ve ever been to. I applaud Maslina’s commitment to being as plastic free as possible. The rooms are bespoke. The view we had from our balcony is something we’ll think about forever. We are both fitness enthusiasts and the gym and wellness spaces are perfectly designed. The gym could use a barbell, but other wise, fantastic space. The sauna and hot tub were wonderful. Beyond just the space, Maslina’s staff are the best part of the hotel. Our trip started off on a rocky foot when I lost my luggage but they helped every way they possibly could. Batu, Kristina, George, and our bartender were the best we experienced throughout our two week travels to Hvar, Dubrovnik, and Greece. We would genuinely choose our next vacation wherever they are working! They are wonderful, kind, and helpful in every way. Every other resort we went to paled in comparison to Maslina. We are so thankful for our stay - we’ll be back!

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Maslina for 5 nights as part of our honeymoon trip. From the very moment we arrived, Batu and the team provided us with a 5 star service. Batu was incredibly helpful and used his in depth knowledge of the island to give us advice on where to eat and drink, even making reservations for us on the spot. We bumped in to him in Hvar town and Stari Grad on his days off and even then he would check in with us and provide additional recommendations. We stayed in the suite with a private pool which was lovely in the evenings before heading out. However I’d recommend using the hotel pools, they always had beds free, the views were great and the staff very attentive. The club sandwich was the pick off the lunch menu. There’s so much more to mention; the shuttle service to Stari Grad (if you don’t want to do the 15-20 minute walk), the brilliant bar tender who always had a smile, the rest of the staff who were always helpful with any questions, the quality of the breakfast.

Amazing place to relax and rejuvenate. The rooms are beautiful and the staff is top notch. Friendly and accommodating. We will be sure to return. If you are visiting Croatia be sure to book extra days here so you can take advantage of all the amenities

Our time at Maslina Resort was perfect. What a leisurely pace and the beauty of the island is amazing. Hvar town and Strai Grad are quaint and full of old world charm. Lastly, I wanna to point out that what makes Maslina Resort so very special is quite simply the staff. So helpful, friendly and dedicated to seeing one’s stay be memorable. It does not get any better than the service at Maslina resort. We shall most definitely return

Lovely stay with my daughters. Beautiful setting, rooms very comfortable and nice touches in the rooms, the food was lovely and the hotel surroundings fantastic ambience. The staff in the hotel were very good, especially the girls at breakfast, the hotel manager Batu was also very good, checking in each day with his guests and making sure everything was ok. The conceirge team were great snd gave us some wonderful suggestions for dinners out. The reason I didn’t give the hotel a 5 star was because I feel it had a few flaws. Especially as it’s a Relais & chateaux hotel. Our first day we couldn’t get a sun bed as they had all been reserved by 9am with people’s clothes on. (Not what you experience in a 5 star hotel) We ended up on the little platforms on the rocks which were sweet but not ideal, kind of felt abandoned there. We were also charged over 300euros on our bill that was someone else’s room. The hiccups didn’t upset our stay we did have a wonderful time

I cannot express enough how impressed I am with this place. It truly is a hidden gem, and my entire experience surpassed all expectations. Our room was stunning, and the dinner provided exceptional quality, served by friendly and helpful waiters who offered great recommendations. The spa facilities were fantastic, and the massage was simply dreamlike, with a seamless connection to nature. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Andreja and the entire team for creating this unforgettable experience. Thank you!

We spent 4 days in the Maslina resort as part of our honeymoon and could not recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived the staff and the resort made us feel so welcome and relaxed. A special thank you to Batu Cetenir who was so helpful and gave us excellent recommendations,organised reservations and transfers. Batu went above and beyond to assist us with our lost luggage (from the airline). The Maslina is a perfect place.

Our stay at Maslina was one of the best experiences traveling. Not only is the design impeccable, but everyone working at Maslina went above and beyond. All of the details were exceptional. The spa has a calming ambiance the makes you want to spend hours in there. The restaurant food is delicious. I spent my birthday at Maslina and they had surprise after surprise for us. I cannot think Batu enough for all he did throughout our stay to make it better than expected. Not only did Batu take care of us throughout our stay at Maslina he even gave us recommendations and assisted with bookings for us during our time spent in Dubrovnik after leaving Maslina. We cannot say enough great things about Batu and Maslina. We will definitely be back, and recommending family and friends to visit!

A beautiful hotel, perfect location and welcoming and helpful staff. We had a wonderful stay at the Maslina Resort and would highly recommend.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Maslina Resort. After a trip from Split that was kindly curated by the hotel, we were greeted at the door by Batu, who immediately made us feel welcomed and at home. It meant so much on our trip to a new country to have a point person who we could rely on to learn everything that the hotel and the surrounding area had to offer. We also quickly made friends with Jurica, the Maitre d’Hotel, who has an excellent taste in wine and olive oil and an infectious passion for his work and hospitality. By the end of our stay, after a movie night, warm greetings from friendly staff, and a celebrity of a local cat (“Garfield”) we truly felt like family! And all of this against the backdrop of some of the most beautiful nature we have ever seen, thoughtful amenities, and an elegantly-designed resort. We will certainly be coming back!

This hotel has a very sleek website so I had imagined s hotel in a pine grove, I was shocked a see a small public road in the centre of the hotel.. sort of built into the land some building above others on the way to the sea. The check In process was smooth with cold towels and drinks offered. We had a 3 bedroom family suite, the front room of which is beautiful. The back two bedrooms not so much so, we had traffic noise from the back road you could hear chairs scrapping over head and people walking, water running, even sneezing and cell phones beeping. We could not find a fan for the bathroom so. by the second day it did smell damp. Also one bedroom had very noisy AC like it was going to break, we did tell them but it was not fixed. I called the hotel before booking this room and was told a hallway linked the bedrooms so I had imagined we could all share the view terrace, not the case. We did ask to move the room and had to wait almost 3 Horus for the manager who was in a meeting then one room she showed me was nice but another 2 hrs to get it ready and an extra charge so by this point we were exhausted and need to unpack. Well stocked mini bar was included in the rate which was nice as were lovely teas but no milk in the fridge for the coffee press. I asked for cream was told no. I asked for feather pillows was told no. Seemed to hear a lot of no's. Spa is lovely. But not given any water at the end of the treatment, asked for snacks after was told no, asked if we could order snacks, no. Shockingly on checking into the spa, which we rushed to, to be on time was told your treatments will start 10 mins late as the previous guests were late. Never anywhere in the world have I been told that. always if you are late your time will be shorter. Beach service is non existent. Old towels left on the beds, no water provided, no drinks or snacks menu, no way to contact staff, we wanted to eat lunch but could not find anyone to help us. I did stop a man passing in the buggy and he said he would send someone, no one came, maybe the beach boy was too busy texting as I saw him before and after yoga class slowly putting out cushions in the garden area. Also another staff member talking on her cell phone close to the beach for a while, looked like she was on a break. At check out no one asked or I would have passed on these comments. Maybe as its the end of the season some of the staff have gone home. Outdoor breakfast area is tiny and some people could not get a space so had to wait and service of coffee and tea so slow one morning. From the web site I was expecting a wow, this was not a wow.

My husband and I arrived at Maslina, and were graciously welcomed by Batu and we offered a lovely drink. While waiting for our room, he took us for a tour of the beautiful resort. There were sun beds on platforms overlooking the sea, two pools, wellness center, restaurant and many cozy spots to relax. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious and the staff were top class!!! Service by the pool/sea was also excellent. Our “panorama room” was beautiful. Overall the ambience was peaceful and zen like! Transportation to the town of Stari Grad was always available by the staff at the resort. This is a resort in it’s infancy, only three years in business. A few minor suggestions; hopefully, constructive criticism. 1. There are not enough sun beds/platforms on the rocks by the sea. I believe only 6 platforms with two loungers on each. Guests go down early to secure a space by placing a towel and personal items. They then leave for breakfast/lunch/wellness center with their items on and may return hours later. The staff are not allowed to remove these items. When I complained to Batu he was extremely sympathetic; although, there was not much he could do, he did periodically keep an eye out for any empty bed and alert us when one was available. 2. The drinks from the bar were way overpriced ($24euros) 3. It would be helpful to have a Childrens pool separate from the adults. Overall, the experience was beyond expectations!!!!
