It wasn't as good as last time I've stayed.

Everything was classic and I was very satisfied during my stay in Riviera

The room is very clean and big, but please note that there is a distinction between towers and resorts when booking. The environment of the tower is much better, but it is a little expensive, and the service attitude of the front desk is average.

Upon arrival, the service was excellent until I realized they had put me in a room inferior to my reservation. When I tried to upgrade to a garden suite, I encountered plumbing and hot water problems, and the gentleman wanted to put me back in an inferior room. I believe a hotel of this caliber should avoid such issues.

The room is a bit old, but everything else is very good!

My first experience in Guinea Conakry with reviera hotel at kaloun was exceptional with their services at the reception, housekeeping and restaurant was fantastic My experience with Mr Kane at the reception was excellent

My second review of this Hotel, from my last stay over to the recent one, Royal Riviera hotel has maintained the same level of excellent service, friendliness and overall is still the best place to stay in Conakry. The Buffet dinner was an experience beyond my expectations and is a must if you stay and is available.

I just want to give an appreciation to the front desk , especially the lady name Halimatou for being very professional and kind. I had a great experience and the hotel is very amazing, beautiful and clean… I definitely will comeback soon

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the food was absolutely delicious. I would especially like to thank the receptionist, Aicha, who was extremely helpful and kind throughout my stay. She made everything much easier for me. Also, Kane at the reception speaks very good English, which was very convenient and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

The Riviera Royal Hotel remains one of the best options in the city. The service is top-notch, but what truly makes a difference is the staff. I want to give a special thanks to Kane and Aicha for their incredible attention; their kindness and professionalism made my stay much more enjoyable. They were always attentive to every detail and had a wonderful attitude. Highly recommended!

The hotel was beautiful and the food was also very good. I thanks all the employees and thanks Mdm Pendessa Halimatou for her exellent service during my stay at the hotel. She was was really attentive and she really helped make my stay enjoyable.

I had the ultimate experience starting with front office superstars such as AICHA, KANE the supervisor, Sisse, last but never least HALIMA 🌟. She was so attentive and caring to my needs. She always asked about my family's well-being and was always proactive in meeting our needs. I have frequented this property in 2019 and recalled my then my experience good but not better than this one. I'm definitely returning in August and hope I get to see those very faces again.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel thanks to Mme Halima. The service was impeccable and the atmosphere was warm. I highly recommend this place.
