The standard rooms are not worthy of 4 stars but the suite are beautiful and clean. The rooms service is not bad but restaurant service needs to ameliorate.

Great ! The staff are very flexible and willing to go beyong their officially assigned tasks . Food and drink are available any time of day and night . Breakfast is of most high standard and served in a relax , friendly and most definitly family atmospher . I highly recommand this hotel for it's great standards .

The noise level caused in the middle of the night by the trucks nearby was sickening. I was awakened by someone honking so many times. They need to find away to sound proof the rooms from outside noise. The restaurant injerra was top notch, the swimming pool, the service and the staff excellent

Always a safe clean place to stay, rooms have too much of a musty smell but at least they are trying to reduce the humidity with dehumidifiers . Other than that its comfortable and clean , great restaurant and pool gym area and they have a new small spa service with profesional massages.

Since 3 years now my company Aluminal and I always stay in your hotel whenever we come to Guinea. During our stay I have felt like home and the credit goes your managers and staff. The food was good and the rooms clean as well. Special thanks Miss Rachel who made our stay enjoyable and to all the teams. Keep it up with good service I will recommend you to anyone coming to Guinea.

Fantastic stay, rooms were nice and comfortable. Late checkout was easy. Breakfast and room service were good and Lavile Beavogui at the front desk was great! Not too far from the airport and I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Conakry, Guinea.

This was the worst experience ever ! We booked for my daughter’s wedding for almost 30 people we ended be less than that but still a large group around 26! The service is horrible and they are everything except client oriented! Their only interest is money! Nothing else! They don’t care about your confort or your experience as a client. They are rude, incompetent and not reliable ! They don’t value their client ! It’s really sad because they have a beautiful hotel with good commodities but no trained staff and I think évent the Management should go through a capacity building training ! It is a MUST !

Stay here from 6 to 13 Nov 2022 in work. Very good installation, great team, young but efficient . Rooms are bigs and comfortable. Food are very good and tasty. Great installation, Gym, Pool, ******, Restaurant and all the áreas are clean and enclosure very beautiful. Very nice days i passed.

The manager at the restaurant is most unprofessional I have met. I travel a lot and stayed in so many hotels around the world. The manager at the restaurant is rude and yelled at me, pointed his fingers on my face as a customer while sitting and eating. I ended up living the food and the place. He pretty much aggressed me while the put on my bill orders I did not. All I needed was an explanation and I ended up being humiliated by the so called manager. The emplyee at the restaurant named Barry is crook wanted to cheat on my bill and ended up getting caught. Will never use the facility and will never recommend again.

Close to the seaport and train passing by is very noisy…. Room was not sound proof
