Everything excellent

Gym was neglected - no towels, no water. Water in Orlando is disgusting. This place really needs to offer filtered water or have a whole building filter. Showering in Orlando water will ruin your skin and is very unpleasant smelling. Staff were friendly but the computer system seems unreliable. Had no rooms when I checked in (even though I had a reservation) and computer system crashed multiple times when I tried to check out.

Great service very friendly staff and super clean and smelled really good breakfast was amazing and fresh you pay $10-$14 more but its worth it. Definitely will be back for another staycation.

Carpet in room had food on it. The bar was not open, so you couldn't take advantage of any drinks or specials. Front desk clerk just said the bartender called in sick. Offered to sell can beer out of a cooler. Only had one 6 pack ( Blue Moon) available. Terrible, will go back to Embassy Suites. Not Tryp

AC did not work the first night. It was really humid and uncomfortable. Also, seems to be a lack of adequate parking.

Property is modest in all physical aspects. Central location to Disney properties. A vehicle is required to access food, OCCC and other noted Orlando destinations. Recommend car rental versus Uber/Lyft; cost effective.

We had the room with the bunk beds, What a great concept! Rooms were nice and clean. Travelled with two kids and although the kids ended up sleeping in the main beds, it was perfect for a family of six. Great price, great stay!

Housekeeping did not bring in new towels, take out dirty towels, and provide new cups. The room doesn't have a "do not disturb" sign. There was no dental toothbrush or toothpaste available. Parking gets filled up quickly, then guests are being told to park by the curb, which is also behind all the parking spaces, so any parked car trying to get out has less room to back out of the parking space in fear of backing into curbside parked cars

Nice, reasonably priced hotel, close to sea world. Will definitely stay here my next trip to Orlando

This is the only hotel we have found besides great wolf lodge that has 2 queens and bunk beds! No more fighting about who has to sleep on the pul out couch. This is our go to hotel in Orlando. Breakfast is extra but not bad. Current prices are $10 for adults and $7 for kids. In 2023 it’s all new looking and in great condition. Parking is free. There is a pool and hot tub outside.

This hotel is updated and clean. The customer service is ok. The only issue we had was the bathroom toilet being clogged up a couple of times. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay.
