The hotel is close to SeaWorld. We didn't have a car to get to the park, but it was still easy to get around. The cleanliness was just average. The soundproofing wasn't great either; I could clearly hear noises from the hallway. Breakfast was included, but there weren't many options, it was very basic.

Well not a luxury place but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is offered but it is super limited, Free Parking and close to lots of places. The staff was super friendly.

This hotel offers a clean and comfortable stay, making it suitable for business travelers. It is within walking distance of the Orange County Convention Center, which is very convenient during exhibitions. A nearby sports bar provides a good option for post-exhibition drinks and informal networking. Overall, a practical and well-located hotel for business trips.

Great location. Good breakfast. Clean room. Ac working well. Only bad point is the man on reception isn’t the most welcoming of customer service- a bit rude.

The hotel itself looked clean and well-kept, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, however, the room was crawling with baby roaches. They were everywhere: on the tables, the nightstand near the bed, and all over the bathroom. I appreciate the effort the hotel puts into all the other aspects of cleanliness and service, but the infestation made it hard to enjoy the stay. Hopefully they take care of it soon, because it's a nice place in a nice location otherwise.

The unlimited coffee was a nice touch. The hotel has a clean feel to it.

Our room was under the name ****** ******, Booking no. ****************, PIN：**** We rented two rooms for the night one was under the name ****** *****, Booking no. **************** PIN：**** .In that room all was well. We checked in early, but did not stay in our room. We didn't get back until late evening about 11PM. We were very tired and went right to bed because we had to leave early the nest morning to go to the Kennedy Space Center. The room was warm, but we didn't think much of it. We adjusted the t-stat on the air conditioner hoping this would solve the problem. We noticed that very little air flow was coming from the a/c even though the fan was set to cool and high speed. The room didn't get any cooler and we spent a terrible night with little sleep. We told the desk clerk about the issue and was told they couldn't compensate us before we wrote a review. We're asking for a full refund of the room of $99.19. When a room is cleaned it should be the duty of the cleaner to make sure the a/c is in good working order and ready for occupancy.. Thank you for your assistance.

I found a cockroach in my bathroom….everything was cool but that ruined it

Good value for money. Manage your expectations. It's an inexpensive, clean, proper hotel. The hotel has recently been refurbished. Looks modern. We did see some "imperfections" in room 421 such as a broken window and the shower door improperly installed (glass slamming onto glass). Beds are comfy (no bedbugs to report). Breakfast is ok (bagels, muffins, and yoghurt). Parking is free. Did we have cockroaches? No. But since the doorgaps are significant, possible. Value: +++++ Quality: ++++ Luxury: ++ Overall: ++++ Would I recommend it. Yes, if you want something proper on a budget.
