Good value for money. Manage your expectations. It's an inexpensive, clean, proper hotel. The hotel has recently been refurbished. Looks modern. We did see some "imperfections" in room 421 such as a broken window and the shower door improperly installed (glass slamming onto glass). Beds are comfy (no bedbugs to report). Breakfast is ok (bagels, muffins, and yoghurt). Parking is free. Did we have cockroaches? No. But since the doorgaps are significant, possible. Value: +++++ Quality: ++++ Luxury: ++ Overall: ++++ Would I recommend it. Yes, if you want something proper on a budget.

GREGG (with two Gs) was amazing he was funny had amazing hospitality my son felt comfortable and even told a joke with him . HES THE REASON WHY I WOULD COME BACK TO THIS HOTEL. We traveled from Washington DC to Florida . GREGG needs a promotion

An older but recently refurbished hotel. Very good price for the area. Very good dining options in walking distance.

Wish I would have had 2 rooms together they said bc each room had a different name they didn’t put us together makes no sense if I book 2 rooms at the same time should be together

2 nights stay - we had an event at the convention center. It’s an easy 10 minute walk over. Breakfast was bagels, prepackaged muffins and yogurt. Not much to say, a decent place to stay with the convenience of location.

On my reservation, i requested 4 extra pillows to surround my toddler in bed and extra towels. They did not provide them on 1st night. I then called again on day 2 and still nothing. Towards the end of day 2 i requested again and finaly at night time, the front desk guy was able to find pillows for my toddler. Also they say there should be a front desk person 24/7, there was none when we went back at the hotel at 9pm and on the day of checkout at 4:30 am. The room itself is motel quality and the breakfast is a joke! They only serve bagels, yogurt and mini muffins. It was supposed to be full breakfast buffet but we wasted our money to this hotel. At the time we booked it, it was still Best Western and they are known for very good breakfast buffetbut Spark took over and i felt we got ripped off with our money esp the breakfast.

Instead of breakfast the should just say they offer bagels coffee and muffins. Disappointed they didn’t even have fresh fruit. I’m addition the internet was out so no tv. It is under renovations which they should let you know that before you book. The room we was in was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The hotel is nice but under renovations, which is understandable. The rooms are small with double beds so I wouldn’t recommend for a family but they would be great for one or two single persons. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet and clean. The breakfast was barely a continental so that was disappointing. Most people see Hilton and expect a hot breakfast or at least a decent selection of pantry type items. Also, we booked on ******* and there’s nothing mentioned about what the breakfast is like. Let’s be real, most people aren’t going to the Hilton website for breakfast information if they are booking on a travel website.

my only issue was parking, IF you are there before 8 parking is ok,but any later it was a little cramped, there was a area,more like a filed in the back half of property but was dark and felt a little sketchy to trust, but other than that awesome stay,, 2nd time staying and will be back :-)

It’s very misleading on the breakfast you advertise that it’s a breakfast and it’s nothing but bagels and yogurt there’s no fruit there’s no bagels there’s nothing hot it’s very misleading. We could’ve stayed elsewhere and had a full breakfast.

The property is safe, clean and mostly quiet except for emergency vehicles going by several times during the night. There were many noises in the room/walls. There were no cups in the room. There was no coffee at the Continental breakfast. Overall not a bad experience but it could be improved upon.

Upon check in we were told no amenities would be provided including breakfast. The only reason we booked with this hotel was for the breakfast. They claimed they emailed about it, I did not receive a single email stating this. In fact when I got the email that the hotel was changing I called to make sure everything work my reservation was still good and was assured it would all be the same. It was not. Not only was there no food provided but there were no microwaves to heat up purchase food. And we had to keep everything in the fridge due to ants, I spent a small fortune on some food and it was covered in ants after a nights sleep. The construction they were doing was loud and banging could be heard all night, when I called to ask if the desk for help on this matter, on a weeknight at 10:30pm!! He said “yea I can hear it too but I don’t know where it’s coming from”. Most morning we were greeted by the toxic smell of paint fumes. The elevator was is complete disarray. And with the exception of 2, the front desk staff were extremely rude. The only nice thing I can say is that the beds were comfortable

I liked how close it was to the OCCC. However, the entire place is being remodeled. It seems they finished the 4th and 3rd floors. But everything else was being painted and renovated. This made the continental breakfast unavailable, no business center. Just the lobby and your room. On the plus side everything was brand new in the rooms--bed, bathrooms so very clean. So, if you got things planned to do outside the hotel it is a great place. I would return

Generally ok except the breakfast is too simple without any hot food and no coffee or tea.
