Excellent location very friendly staff breakfast was lovely and the hotel room was spotless can’t fault it

Not very modern, but good stay

I loved the convenience of the area, all the shopping, dining and entertainment within walking distance. The hotel itself is in need of updating. The property, rooms, pool area all needed updating. Overall the stay was good.

Clean, very good breakfast, friendly staff. It’s off the highway, so you hear the traffic. Only thing I didn’t like is they charge $22 for parking. I stayed there for 1 night.

House keeping staff rude and waking me up at 9:00 am on a confirmed late check out. Also, their “gate cards mess up in the rain”, IN FLORIDA!!

I have always enjoyed my stays at Embassy Suites but I was a bit disappointed about a few things. *You have to pay for parking * We were there celebrating my husband's birthday and I gave them the information so they could delivery balloons and a card to him. When we got back to our room, the balloons were deflated and on the floor and the card had my name on it instead of his. I know their goal was to hit it out of the park with this complimentary service but, the details matter. Other than that all was good, the bed was comfy and the room was spacious, the breakfast was good, and the pool and hot tub arear was nice.

The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very professional. The rooms could use some upgrading, specifically the bathrooms. The elevators seemed like they needed an upgrade as well. However, I would stay at the property again.

The common areas were beautiful and the room was lovely. Bathroom needs some work and was falling apart in places.

Probably will not stay here again. 1. Waited 15-20 minutes to get in parking lot. Having a job fair! 2.Missed shuttle to convention center, but they gave I-ride passes. 3.No issues with check-in. Hilton honors member. Got free drink coupons for happy hour. 4. Open atrium is nice, but the screaming kids could be heard in our room on the 4th floor. Front desk said they couldn't hear anything!! 5. Do not know what happened with the bathroom door, but the bottom was rotted and ready to break off. The tub faucet dripped constantly. Finish on the tub was wearing away from this. 6. Was ok for the short time we were there (2 nights) and location was great for convention center. But would not want to stay any longer.

They gave my room away before we arrived. Even though I had already checked in digitally and chosen my room. The room they placed us in was dirty, hair in the tub and the sink, the countertop in the bathroom had clearly not even been wiped down since the previous occupants. The tub leaked and dripped the entire time. The “balcony” if you can call it that was less than a foot wide. The location was great, the breakfast was great and that’s about it.

Breakfast was good. Gave drink vouchers. Staff wasn’t rude. Major highway noise on room facing the highway. Like I could not sleep on night time at all. We told the front desk and nothing was done to compensate us for the inconvenience. We also asked for a quiet room at check in but we didn’t notice the big sound until midnight. It was too late already.
