Hilton Vacation Club Grand Beach Orlando

The building was a little dated but that's honestly the only "negative" i had about this place. Everything was was amazing. Very clean. And the staff was very nice

The property is well kept with beautiful grounds. The rooms are immaculate, well equipped and comfortable. We loved the balcony and looking out onto water complete with ducks.

The over all stay was great. The main reason we choose this sight was because it was advertised as being a beachfront property. However, there was no beach. There is a lake and a sand area but you cannot get in the lake. Our children were looking forward to being on the beach. They do have a pool. The rooms were not kid friendly. But they were nice and big. Staying here was being at home away from home. The amenities and room supplies were excellent except for a pizza pan. They have a stove, microwave, and a real oven. They thought of a lot of things and supplied them. The balcony was enclosed with a screen We did have some trouble getting clean towels and the garbage removed from the room. It was in a good location with food and shopping options. Although they have free Parking, the spots were quickly taken and the walk to your building could be long. They have a play lot area for kinds as well. Over all it was a great location just wish we knew there was no beach as advertised.

We loved the property, the room was perfect for our family of 4. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, everything we needed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Loved the apartment/condo style rooms rather than your typical hotel studio rooms. Loved the area around resort, especially lake-side seating and hammocks.

The property was very well kept and clean. The rooms were spacious, and the staff was excellent. It was our first stay there but definitely would return. Beautiful setting on the lake and the other activities offered makes it great for adults and families. Lots to do and very well managed.

Close to Disney resorts, shopping and restaurants. We also enjoyed having the option to cook and relax by the pool. Good gym facilities and outdoor areas were lovely. The area was well kept and at night it was quiet. We would stay again.

The people at the front desk were very polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. They had plenty of parking under the buildings and out front . The pools were clean grounds were nicely landscaped. I give Grand Beach Resort a ten and look forward to my next visit.
