We were very excited to stay here. Excellent location for concerts, roof top bar, restaurants to walk to. Did not expect tooth paste spatterings on wall in bathroom, or mold in the grout. When I made coffee in the room and added creamer it curdled - must have been quite old. Reported to front desk. They were very concerned and asked what they could to for us - really didn't know what to say or how to ask for compensation. Not what we expected for $300 a night.

This is a very convenient property. I was able to easily valet my car, get dinner on site and then walk to my business meeting at The Citrus Club the next morning. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I look forward to staying again.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The views, the scenery and how safe the environment was made my stay 1000x’s more enjoyable especially because I travelled alone. The sky bar had the best view and so many people visit the hotel just to come there. I love how the bar has certain areas marked off just for people who are staying aț the actual hotel. I love Church St. which is around the corner from the hotel and it had the best restaurants, clubs and entertainment. I will definitely be staying here again! It’s worth every penny!

Definitely enjoyed my stay, property, room, and the staff were very professional. Even when I arrived early they got me in my room first thing once it was ready, which I do like. Will be back for sure!

Hotel checkin was a breeze, no issues
arriving early, room was ready for us at 1. Beds were comfortable. Loved the vacinity to the Kia Center, if you are visiting for an event there this hotel is perfect. My only complaint would be the slow service at lunch and brunch.
