Great hotel for a relaxing stay set among Puglia's olive groves and just a few minutes from the beautiful White Town of Ostuni. Very friendly and helpful staff were on hand from breakfast through to dinner. The room was clean and spacious with a lovely terrace and view over the gardens and pool. I'll be back with friends!

Our travel agent booked the Borge Santuri for us. At first, we were disappointed because it is outside of town and we requested to be in city center hotels on this trip. However, the charming staff, delicious food, beautiful surroundings, relaxing pool, and the comfortable room won us over. We loved everything about Santuri. Highly recommend.

We went on a trip with 10 friends to Puglia and stayed in Borgo Santuri for two days. The location is great. The Masseria is beautiful. We did some hiking to the beach through the olive tree fields, which was absolutely stunning. It is about 5 km. The staff, Federica, Carmen and all the rest of the girls were lovely and very friendly. We felt at home with them. The breakfast is great and dinner was superb.

Our Italy with Pleasure Culinary tour in Puglia, Ostuni, Italy was beyond anything we could have expected. Masseria Borgo Santuri was the full week accommodation for our family of 10, ages 78-14 yrs.old. It could not have been more perfect. Rooms were beautiful & immaculate. Buildings, grounds, pool, decor were understated elegance in keeping with the ancient building. It utilized the various out buildings as private spaces to enjoy morning coffee or wine at sunset. The staff was wonderful, every request was met. Their English was better than our attempts at Italian.They were setting up the grounds for a wedding on our last day & I encouraged my grandchildren to consider a destination wedding there when the time came. Old masseria "in the middle of nowhere", yet easy to find. This is not a design paradise, but the old charm felt inviting and being clean, in privacy and serving traditional Italian breakfast, we felt getting great value for money! We used only the bedroom, but the property has a rooftop and a big common room for breakfast. Outside you can also sit in few chairs under pergola. Kids loved the two tame cats on the property.

In vacanza ad Ostuni cercavamo una tipica cena Pugliese in una tipica masseria... qui non l'abbiamo trovata. Il cibo era buono ma nulla di tipico pugliese per valorizzare il territorio.. un orecchietta, friselle ecc. Il cibo era buono ma da classico ristorante, qualcosa che (forse anche sbagliando) noi turisti ci aspettiamo da una masseria pugliese. La location invece è spaziale! Bellllissima! Cena all'aperto, tranquilla e senza il caos di Ostuni città. Anche il personale gentile, ci ha dato anche delle belle dritte su cosa visitare in quei giorni. Consigliato ma più per la location che per il cibo ;)

Un po’ di delusione in confronto alla bella cena di fine estate…c’era solo un cameriere quindi il servizio molto a rilento, i vini che non corrispondevano a quelli della carta, infatti ci hanno servito con gli antipasti un Ferrari dolce…bah!!! Molto dispiaciuti perché il posto è molto bello….
