A decent hotel and staff was good and supportive!

check-in was slow. Desk attendant was away from the desk for the first 15 minutes of our arrival, resulting in several parties waiting to check in once she returned. Otherwise, everything was very good - room was spacious and clean, breakfast was very good. Did not use any other facilities.

Had a great and lovely experience at the hotel. Despite the fact that I arrived earlier than standard check in time, I still had the privilege to check in earlier only by paying a surcharge of $40 CAD. The gym and indoor pool made the experience unforgettable. Hotel is also only 5mins drive away from Ottawa international airport

Good location, which is close to the places I wanted to go to. The room amenities were great; hotel services were amazing. Highly recommended! Will stay again when I'm in the area in the future.

Everything is as you'd expect from an airport hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and great amenities. The shuttle service to and to the airport was a great perk and very useful. I enjoyed the pool as well. An overall nice break between flights.

This is my second trip at Hampton near Ottawa Airport. Good quality and service. I'll stay here for my next trip to Ottawa.

I asked for a room not on the same level as the sports teams staying at the hotel so we would avoid all the noise, and the staff was very accommodating. The beds and pillows were very comfortable The included breakfast was great!

Front desk was VERY unfriendly, we were inconveniencing them by checking in. Seem Hilton can not decide if they want to be eco friendly or not, everything was stamped recycled but there were only garbages available in dining with PLASTIC utensils,
