The king bed room I stayed in had the weirdest sink with a faucet that would run water directly onto the sink. Everything else was wonderful, and I highly recommend staying here for anyone with family in the tri cities area.

we arrived at the beginning of the night and the toilet was faulty all night and we were asked to use the public toilet of the hotel because maintenance was only available after 09:00 am, just before our departure. Plus the lunch was terrible even though I normally never complain about anything and yet I am a gold member

Very please with my stay. Customer service is top notch and extremely helpful and friendly. Good breakfast choices and very comfortable room. Will be staying again in the future!

Room was amazing. Very quiet for the two days I was there. Plenty of parking and the diner across the way was SUPER AMAZING (wallet friendly. Awesome service and portions that won’t let you leave hungry)!!

Decent hotel , great customer service. Only problem I had was with the bathroom shower made a noise when it ran it scared me made me think it may break so I showered once in a 2 night stay. Bathroom just was giving real motel vibes while the room gave hotel vibes definitely in need of a renovation

The hotel gives off “truck stop hotel stay”. The rug in the room was not vacuumed properly and there were food/drink stains on the hard and soft pieces of furniture.

The rooms were comfortable, clean but dated
Staff was friendly and very accommodating.
We had some of the quietest nights sleep here.
Breakfast is standard hotel fare.

We were pleasantly surprised due to the low cost of this room-this hotel is very nice. When we arrived we were greeted y friendly staff and a nice clean smell. Our room was just as night. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
