The service is very good! This time I came to Baixian to celebrate my friend's birthday. The hotel staff helped to decorate the room and the children had a lot of fun!

The hotel facilities are dilapidated and most importantly not clean. The dining table was not cleaned after use and there were food residues left on the table. The breakfast was very poor. There are insect droppings in public areas and swimming pools, and it can be seen that they have not been cleaned. The room facilities are insufficient, the lights are insufficient, the bar is used for hanging clothes and there is no power socket, the TV is broken and will not be repaired, and the shower water is not hot enough, almost freezing water, the reaction has improved, it is just warm water, not Hot water. There is also a shower room with a door but no window to cover it, which is really not ideal.

The location was good as it was close to Walking Street. The city view on the second floor was very sunny and peaceful in the morning. Breakfast is delicious and prepared by friendly staff. But I didn't like it because there were ants in the room.

The room is the same as the picture. Let's talk about the inside first. The air conditioner faces the bed and you can't adjust the wind. It is either on or off. It is awkward to use. The wind is very strong. Another point is the noise problem. There is a bar near the door. By 2 o'clock in the morning, those who have insomnia will definitely become even more insomniac. It is very noisy and loud. The breakfast is still good.

Although it is located close to the Pai tourist street, it was very nice because it was quiet at night. Breakfast was delicious and the service was friendly. The outdoor pool was so-so.

Just off of the walking street so this location is perfect. Very clean.

The staff was very nice and pleasant, unfortunately we’ve got room with strong smell of mold that absolutely ruin our vacation especially that we upgraded for the most expensive room.

I moved to this hotel from another hotel in pai which was even more expensive but not as good. This hotel is located in a small street but very close to the centre It has only 11 rooms, Very clean rooms are beautifully decorated, From the upper floors you can see gorgeous mounting view The service was excellent I am vegan so they made me special breakfast every day, tasty vegetable soup and asked me always if I want a different dish Highly recommend Book in advance

Great location, on quiet laneway closse to main tourist *****/ night market. Clean and great ambience, beautiful timber floors.
