We are a group of 12 staying in La Dimora del Capo Palermo for 10 days in October 2021. Giusi welcome us in the early morning with warm smiles and always ready to answer to our questions on Whatsapp. The hostel is located quite close to the walking street (around 1 km). The surrounding is really quiet, felt like only us who made noises (sorry Giusi :D). On the last night of our stay, Giusi came by and brough us some amazing pizza and her delicious handmade pasta which was a huge terrific surprise for us. So nice of her! I would very much recommend everyone come to Palermo stay in this place!

Ottima location, stanza pulitissima e dotata di tutti i confort, zona Tribunale quindi molto vicina al centro, parliamo di trecento metri circa. Massimo, il referente, gentilissimo e pronto ad ogni consiglio. Nelle vicinanze, per i celiaci, ristoranti e locali senza glutine.

B&B comodo al centro di Palermo a 200mt c’è un parcheggio coperto con tariffe più che accettabili la nostra camera era abbastanza grande bagno grande con ampia doccia un po’ scomodo il letto e i cuscini troppo morbidi ma questa è una considerazione personale

Soggiorno piacevolissimo. Massimo è un proprietario accogliente, gentile e premuroso. Stanza eccellente, con tutti i comfort. Ottima posizione centrale, vicino al tribunale e alle vie principali. Giusto rapporto qualità -prezzo. Ritornerò!

Bella struttura a due passi dal centro di Palermo, a poca distanza dal tribunale, dal Teatro Massimo e dal mercato del capo è l’ideale per visitare la città o per recarsi in questi luoghi. Il personale è educato, cordiale e molto disponibile alle nostre richieste. La colazione, in un bar (bar Fava's) situato a breve distanza e convenzionato con la struttura, è ottima con diversi prodotti. La Stanza era pulizia ed il bagno praticamente nuovo con doccia fantastica. Consigliatissimo

La struttura si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico e vicinissimo al mercato del Capo, dove potrete gustare ottime specialità locali di ogni tipo. Camera spaziosa, accogliente e pulitissima. Servizio e accoglienza impeccabile! Un grazie particolare al Sig.Massimo che con la sua gentilezza e disponibilità ha saputo dare indicazioni e suggerimenti di ogni natura. Ve lo consiglio vivamente!

Ottima struttura nel centro di Palermo. Camere spaziose di stile contemporaneo, arredate con gusto e complete di tutti i comfort necessari a rendere il soggiorno piacevole. La pulizia, sia delle camere che della strttura è impeccabile. La colazione, durante la settimana, si fa in un bel bar a pochi passi dal B&B mentre alla Domenica si fa in struttura con ottimi cornetti e altri dolci, succhi di frutta e caffetteria. Massimo, il titolare, è persona squisita, affabile e sempre disponibile. Affidatevi ai suoi consigli su cosa fare, dove mangiare e come muoversi a Palermo. Consigliatissimo!

O quarto é bastante confortável, limpo e equipado com o essencial. Dispõe de uma televisão com ecrã grande, algo, que se encontra em poucos quartos, disponibilizando ainda Netflix. Está extremamente bem localizado. O pequeno almoço embora seja em um café, é muito bom e naquele que parece ser o melhor da cidade. Único senão, estacionamento, é difícil de encontrar lugar, por isso se forem para Palermo aluguem um carro pequeno. O anfitrião assim como as colaboradoras são extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos. Definitivamente recomendo este local.

Siamo stati in questa struttura solo una notte ma, nonostante ciò abbiamo potuto constatare la ricerca e la genuinità con cui i suoi proprietari accolgono i clienti. Quando visiteremo nuovamente Palermo, e/o i dintorni, sicuramente torneremo qui.
