The reception staff's work was very slow, they did not check information properly, and they made repeated mistakes, so it took 2 hours to check in. The employee didn't seem sorry and just told me to keep waiting. The stay was not enjoyable due to the very unfriendly attitude at check-in.

We were on our honeymoon. We were given a welcome drink only after we asked, we didn't have any special decoration. Despite the good cleaning and good room, the maid did not replace the liquid soap for 2 days. Cafe food is good.

Property was Well Managed, Excellent Customer Service, Excellent Cleanliness, Very Professional, Friendly.

Employees were WONDERFUL!! We Had an AWESOME time! VERY RELAXING!! VERY CLEAN! Restaurant and bar area were EXCEPTIONAL

Everyone is so friendly and kind. Property is not located on beach but do close it is walkable. They do provide a shuttle for the beach though. Breakfast was delicious!

Property was in excellent condition, customer service was excellent and bar tenders were excellent. I will be coming back soon for sure .

Stayed there last week for 4 nights. For the rooms facing south-east, so much noise until 3am with very loud music. One staff member even said she's not aware of such problem. Another staff said sorry for the inconvenience but there is nothing they can do. I even tried ear plugs which didn't help either. I don't want blame employees working there though. The management team must have known this issue for a while and choose not to take any action. Isn't a reasonably quite room for a good sleep the first basic to any hotel?

The property is great, honestly. However the management is horrible. We arrived Thursday and they told us they overbooked the entire resort and transferred us to another hotel. When we came back the next day for our eventual check in, they explained to us that they will not give us a one night refund because “the other hotel costed them a lot of money” which, if I can understand is not our fault in the first place. There were maybe 2 people who worked their that were kind and helpful however most of the workers deliberately ignored me when I would stand in line at the front desk or ask for help on directions or a taxi. I understand they were dealing with a lot because they turned away a ton of their own customers however this treatment was beyond horrible and definitely not worth it. I don’t care how good the prices were, do not. Stay. Here.

This property has to improve their electronic key system. The keys we had for our room somehow got deactivated 4 or 5 times and had to go down to the the reception desk to get them acticated; which was annoying. The other that was annoying was that there was only one elevator, which was inconvenient to guests who were on the other side of the hotel especially when you had luggage

Not too many people and 90 percent of work staff is great, but you have a couple workers that are not friendly and need to get out of the business. Two works at the bar during the day and one waits tables at night, he is slow then brings the wrong stuff and acks like he doesn't know what you're talking about. Poll and property are great. Would highly recommend this place.

The staff made the stay perfect. Grounds and rooms were kept immaculately. The restaurant on site can be busy but the servers were very attentive nonetheless. The kiddy play space, gym and yoga studio were great amenities to have. This hotel although not on the beach, has easy access to the beach. We were able to do multiple day trips to different beaches with cabs a plenty. Great stay, will come again.

I think it needs more music and entertainment around pool. Also employees should come around taking orders at the pool. I know it’s not the Hilton or Hyatt but can improve. Staff is not very welcoming. Would not stay again.

Very nice bedroom, ample bathroom looked newly renovated. Only one elevator at the property, had to walk a long ways on wooden planks.

This resort was wonderful and the staff was awesome. Ronald Pascal we thank you for your assistance and recommendation to areas we wanted to visit. You are the best.
