酒店從設施到服務都很好，很舒適。除了門頭外其他的部分都和圖片的沒有差別甚至比預期更好。房間裏送的盤州本地的礦泉水，雖然不知名但是味道很清甜，真希望在別的城市也能買到。晚上可以選擇不同類型的枕頭，頸椎病友好。早餐豐盛，有當地特色，喜歡餐廳的天窗頂光。有專用的停車場。酒店在很方便和看起來熱鬧的地段，附近的本地小吃和美食很多。有老字號。前台服務員和保潔阿姨都很sweet，從內而外的美麗。家人都非常滿意在這裏的體驗。
