Thank you for the hospitality and Arnawa team is very helpful. Nice surroundings, clean swimming pool. The room is spacious. Is perfect for staycation, we will come back. They have coffee shop at lobby area so you can have some coffee and they give you discount 20% in morning time.

Good location, nice hotel in Pangandaran Beach , family is very enjoy , staff very helpfull..recomended to stay at Arnawa Hotel for family and kids . Near to beach five minute only walking distance . Food was good and every weekend have music entartain .

The outside and atmosfphere show a high level hotel. However; diner cooking very slow, dishes cold served, 50 % of menu not available. Room, especialy bathroom need make-over. Personal in the hotel is friendly, at the counter they are strict and too much focused on there system.

A beautiful and comfortable hotel in Pangandaran. Staffs were really helpful, location just walking distance from the beach with amazing sunset. I love the big pools and the breakfast that got good selection of western amd indonesian food. Room was spacious and clean. Defenitely will come back again! Thanks the Arnawa!

There are two reasons why the score is low. The staff tries their best and is very nice. But they speak very bad English. The restaurant deserves attention in the evening. They can't handle two groups, so you have to wait more than an hour. Furthermore, the rooms are dated. Dirty and mold everywhere in the bathroom. The sheets are full of stains and the beds are hard and uncomfortable. The pool is nice.

The least hotel of all accommodations in Indonesia so far. We stayed there for two nights. From the outside, the Arnawa Hotel has a beautiful appearance, as does the swimming pool. Unfortunately the rest of the stay was a disappointment. Upon arrival we were given a room that smelled so musty and sour because it was very humid that we could not stay there. The alternative room we got was a room on the top floor (downgrade) instead of downstairs with a garden area. In this room the air conditioning was blowing continuously with temperatures up to 16 degrees without it being able to be adjusted or turned off. The bathroom really needs a thorough renovation. The shower has little water pressure, so you almost have to stand against the wall to take a shower. The mirror is completely weathered and the door is rotting at the bottom. Breakfast has a time slot and a breakfast voucher that you must collect from reception the evening before. This is supposedly to organize everything better. However, it seems like no one adheres to this or there is no supervision. The result is complete chaos. You imagine yourself in All-Inclusive “eating barn” of the worst kind. The dishes are not replenished or are replenished very slowly, which means that t****erde is no longer available. The staff does not speak English and looks glassy when you ask them something. The only reason two stars are given here is because in West Java we are used to the lower standards you can expect. The reception hears all friendly comments with a smile but does nothing.
