Staff was friendly and responsive, but this hotel is in need of physical renovation. Floors, elevators, common areas, etc. are clean but very worn.

The staff was wonderful. I loved everything about my room. Spacious and clean. The bed is on the firm side, not my preference but no problems. This hoel has class!

As usual, Hampton is always a great choice for hotels. This one was a little older building, but still well maintained. Staff was great as always.

No 24 hour shuttle but they did arrange a Lyft back to the airport at five AM.

This Hampton location is by far the best from among all others I have stayed at during the last few months. The room is clean, quiet, and they have super friendly staff.

Wonderful beds and pillows Front d sk lady was so accommodating for us My husband is handicapped.Somehow we didn't have a handicapped room. She looked until she found us a room that would work

The room smelled of mildew. I did not request a handicapped room but was assigned to a handicapped room and was not happy. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. The room was in need of a thorough cleaning and vacuuming. I have pictures and will share on another website. The staff really tried to assist to no avail. The property was sold out so they were not able to relocate me to another room. I am extremely unhappy.
