Stayed for 4 days during the Spring Festival. It was very new and clean and the location was good, but the price of 500 euros was still a bit expensive.

I can't say enough nice things about La Fantaisie. The location, the vibe, the super nice staff (and I mean every single person we encountered was genuinely amazing. Whoever does the hiring should be applauded), the room, the food - all of it exceeded our expectations and for context, we typically enjoy hotels like the Four Seasons when we can. Even better is that this hotel became an AMEX fine hotel just in time for our trip, and came with all the great benefits that come along with that - we had breakfast included, got our additional food/drink credit and a room upgrade. I just don't know what else to say other than this hotel was consistently fantastic the whole week. Can't wait to stay there again. It was great for us as a couple, but would also bring our kids there next time. Very versitle hotel in that sense. Thank you!

Everything was lovely from beginning to end. So much attention to detail, from cookies upon arrival and complementary juices, to the most amazing breakfast in the morning, access to the spa (hammam, sauna, pools), to cocktails on the roof. The hotel itself is stunning- it really does feel like a garden in the city. The staff was very helpful and kind. Cannot recommend enough!

My family and I spent 4 nights in a lovely Junior Suite and couldn't have been happier. Every imaginable detail has been thought of and is well designed, from the perfect blackout curtains, to the cute bird-shaped corkscrew in the room right down to standout dental kits if you forget your toothbrush. Most importantly, the service was top notch and what you'd expect of a very top hotel. We bought food at various markets one day and brought it back to have a picnic in the hotel's lovely back garden. The restaurant staff let us use one of their outdoor tables, set it for us, brought us water and otherwise helped us even though we brought our own food and didn't pay a thing. It was a great picnic (the garden is fantastic), and a real highlight of the trip. Highly, highly recommend.

We stayed at La Fantaisie on a client entertaining trip and everything was wonderful! The hotel is in a great location, its decor is fabulous and the staff were all really helpful and friendly. We ate at the restaurant, food was great and enjoyed cocktails on both evenings which were delicious. The spa is great, we all had a massage which everyone enjoyed and there is a small gym which I used The rooms are really nice, beds super comfy and the little extras like the CBD gummies and satin face mask were a lovely touch. I would most definitely recommend this hotel and would love to go back with my husband

In general, the staff seemed unprofessional upon entering the hotel, as there was a lack of luxury and comfort typically associated with a five-star establishment. A five-star hotel should welcome and support its guests, but instead, it felt more like entering a post office. Luxury is something else entirely. Additionally, the smells of food and overly intense perfume in the hallways and rooms were very bothersome. While the quality of the products used may be high, it doesn't come across in the type of service offered; everything seems a bit improvised. Furthermore, in the room, they placed the luggage on the carpet instead of using the luggage rack.
