Location was so good, the hotel is old needs renovation, front desk needs an improvement, no safety no security, breakfast is good and workers are well done

The decoration of the rooms and location is superb easily walking to the shopping street and the congress center. All staffs here are very nice and helpful especially Angele. I will recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Paris

The front desk of the hotel was very considerate and the breakfast in the morning was also delicious. I went with my mother this time and my mother was also very satisfied. Even if she didn't know how to communicate, the front desk was very patient in explaining to us.

Pros of being behind Porta Caesar on New Year’s Eve: If you are like us, you are afraid of crowd riots and like to watch the spectacular fireworks from a distance👍🏻 It’s very quick to walk to the business district and Champs Elysees nearby🤍 The service is really gentle and friendly If you have any questions or needs, feel free to ask the front desk! But they don’t have the international adopter tho. There’s a supermarket downtown the street which they sell. A little walk around the hotel will also see the 🗼

Worst hotel ever, super old, don't be fooled by the pictures! horrible environment. There should only be one star rooms.

Overall okay. Hotel was small but good enough if you’re only sleeping and touring paris during the day. Our room heater was stuck on so the room got very hot, I think this was only an issue with our room though. Service was very nice. Cleanliness could be improved as table tops were dusty.

When on the most poor hotel, I had stayed. Deposit Box faulty, no water as given by other hotels, reservation of taxi called early in morning, when I had to leave at 11 AM. Slippery toilet tile , no one put in toilet. I fell being disable, seeing these conditions and other reservations by ******* were cancelled and I fell I’ll with severe anxiety, depression, sore throat, ear infection and colitis etc.

The hotel is in a great location,it's close to the train station and the champs Élysée is a 2 min walk. The rooms are too small and not so clean. The staff were very friendly .it's not too bad for a short visit.

The place is very quiet, everything is clean, the hotel is in a very good location, it is close to everything. A good place to rest because you don't hear noise.

Overall the staff was honestly very nice and helpful. However the overall hotel was not what I thought it would be. The photos don't show how beat up the place actually is. My tea kettle had so much mold, which completely turned me off so I never consumed anything else thereafter. My room phone the entire time did not work 4 days. Someone came and fixed it once I noticed it didn't work after so I never bothered letting them know again. I had to use my personal cell phone to contact front desk for basic needs such at toilet tissue, I was lucky when someone answered another time I had to walk down in my pajamas for assistance. Upon check out I asked for a bottle of water to take with me and gentleman at front desk did try to assist however a door was locked so he was unable to provide that water bottle because he had no key, just a complete joke honestly. Just really did not have a good experience here. I wouldn't recommend staying here at all.

My son, and I never actually stayed. I was traveling with my eight-year-old when I arrived the man behind the desk was extremely rude and when I asked if there was someone else I could speak with he said, I’m the only one here you have to answer to me. When I asked for a manager, he said there’s no manager that will help me and he’s the only one here. He then stood up as I was not going to let this man threaten me and after traveling For, six hours on a train and in an Uber you were exhausted and wanted to get in the room. However, I did not feel safe staying in this hotel with that man after he had stood up being all of 6 foot four, African-American 230 pounds against my small 57 frame , in France, they use whatever mode of rudeness intimidation threats to do what they want and not do what they want when I asked ******* for a refund they denied me. I had to report the claim to Paypal and I hope that they will see that I was wronged here and that my son, and I both feared for our safety. This egomaniacal clerk had nothing better to do than pick on women because he didn’t want to go the extra mile and asked for the information that I was requesting. On a sidenote, the hotel is old, rundown and filthy. It smells I would not recommend this to anyone no matter how good the value looks. I cannot stress how u safe we both felt. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE OR *******.

Me and my partner loved our stay here, the room had such a lovely cozy vibe with 3 gorgeous balconies facing out towards the park. The hotel is in perfect area of Paris for sightseeing and going out for dinner/drinks. A really lovely breakfast too with really smart and caring staff.
