Excellent location. Good staff and quick repair service. Good stay

Concierge gave us wrong keycards to another room and got shocked out of our lives to see a man changing his clothes when we opened door. Other than the room hiccup, the location is really good, walking distance from eiffel tower and metro. There is eiffel tower view from the room! for 4 pax the room is quite small and not much walking space if you have big luggage.

Loved this hotel! Great location, easy to access transport links, friendly staff. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Paris!

Great hotel with nice Eiffel Tower view. This hotel is very good and their service also great. Front desk staff is very polite and helpful. Walking distance to metro n buses. Strategic location n safe according to the local. We booked for 3 nights during our stay. It was very pleasant stay and very satisfied.

The hotel was centrally located in center of Paris. Eiffel Tower and Arc De Triomphe were in walking distance and you could finish most of the city monuments while staying here. We reached hotel late at night and the staff greeted us with a smile and upgraded us to a huge 2BR apartment. There was lift for going upstairs and you can easily store your luggage after checkout while traveling. Loved the service and stay! Only complaint was the breakfast, it could be more variety.

good thing for me

I forgot the deposit money at hotel when we check out. The cash deposit is 150 Euro now we not received it pls help me for following. I wait the hotel transfer cash deposit via bank. The hotel is good service.

Great lication

The hotel is in a very good location. You can basically walk to the Eiffel Tower, Champs-Elysées, Arc de Triomphe and Seine River. The breakfast is cost-effective and the room is clean and tidy. However, we were arranged with an inward-facing room, so we could only see the hotel's internal open-air atrium. Overall, it is good. In Paris, unless it is a high-end luxury hotel, the others are actually similar. The only difference is the location and the price of breakfast.

The worst hotel in this European trip. The price is more than 2,600 yuan a night. The room is very old and small. The carpet smells of urine. The bath water is very small. There is no heating. The basin is also shabby... The bedding is very poor. They are not as good as home in China, and the hygiene is very poor. 5 , the 6th floor are all under renovation. The most unbearable thing was that a black waiter suddenly barged in without knocking, which was incredible.

It was good that the drinks were free.

I booked 2 identical rooms with balcony but the hotel gave me 1 attic room and 1 room with balcony. Slightly disappointed in this hotel creation. Delicious breakfast food. The location is quite convenient, near the Arc de Triomphe and the tower of Paris.
