Old European style, I like this style very much, the environment is great, it is located in the old district of Paris and is relatively safe. The sound insulation is a bit poor, except that slippers are not provided, everything else is very good!

Very European style, the key 🔑 is very unique, I like it very much, the two rooms I booked have balconies, the scenery is very good, they are cleaned on time every day, the little brother and sister at the front desk are also very enthusiastic

The location of the hotel is not bad, the facilities are old, the breakfast is good, the sanitation is also very good, the elevator is a bit old, the location is quite convenient for traveling.

The hotel has a good geographical location, in the core area of ​​the Latin Quarter, very close to Notre Dame, the Pantheon and the Luxembourg Gardens, and the Sorbonne University is right next to it. There are several subway lines passing by. The price is moderate on weekdays and the sanitary conditions are also good.

Clean and comfortable

There is a Chinese restaurant and an Italian restaurant 2 to 3 minutes' walk from the hotel. It is affordable and there is a small supermarket nearby. very satisfied.

Although the hotel was quaint & provides the Paris vibe you would expect from an older hotel. Safety was a huge concern for my friend and I. The keys are left in cubbies behind the desk which is not properly attended. one day we were given the wrong key # - giving us access to someone else's room. I realized his mistake, and brought the key back. Two times we went to return our key before leaving and no one was at the desk. A guy came in while we were standing there and retrieved a key- was it his? or someone else's. We brought this up with the attendant, and she said "we have to leave to go to the bathroom." Which means, anyone can come in off the street, take your room key while the attendant is using the bathroom. If safety is important to you, then I would not recommend this hotel.

We just returned from our Paris trip and staying at the Hotel & Spa Saint Jacques. We loved this hotel! The staff were simply amazing and great to talk with. They arraigned round trip airport transportation for us and we always available to help with questions. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfasts were delicious and filling! The hotel is perfectly located for walking to many museums and landmarks. We walked everywhere and everything we wanted to see and do was well within a hour or less walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay there again on our next visit to Paris.

This is a beautiful, old building that has been modernized. The lobby is small but very well decorated. The staff are absolutely fabulous and will go above and beyond to help in any way they can. The hotel is well located in the Latin Quarter with many bars and restaurants close by. It is also very close to the Metro, Notre Dame and the Pantheon. Overall, our stay was fantastic. The only reason I am marking the hotel down a little is due to the room. The room was exceptionally clean but very small. In a European City, I would expect the room to be small so this wasn't a problem. However, there was no drawers in the room at all. There was a wardrobe with 6 hangers in it. For a week for 2 people, that doesn't give much space for clothes. Also, the wardrobe was so close to the end of the bed, you couldn't really get past it to get to the bathroom or out of the room. The other issue with the room was the bathroom. Again, it was small but very clean and modern. The shower, which had plenty of hot water and great water pressure, was inside the very high bathtub. Anyone with mobility issues would not be able to get in and out of this bath. Also, there was no grab rails so stepping out of the shower was rather treacherous as the water always came out of the shower onto the tiled floor making it extremely slippery. Overall, my husband and I loved our stay here but there are just a couple of things that need attention.

The hotel is central . Staff are so polite and helpful. I needed an iron and they gladly provided me with one, truly recommended

Fantastic property, very clean, comfortable, and I loved the sauna/spa option that was part of the booking. Breakfast option was worth it and very filling. I'd stay here again

My mother, daughter and I recently traveled to Paris and stayed at this beautiful property. Staying at St. Jacques was one of our favorite parts of our trip. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind and our bedroom was both beautiful and comfortable. The hotel itself is incredibly convenient to sites, shops, and restaurants. The neighborhood is very safe. We highly recommend this beautiful property!

Matured good old hotel. Clean, and you’ll feel some hideout stay in excellent area.
