A very peaceful location, far from noise and all the buzz. The premises are big and you can chill at the hotel the whole day. Food was great and cheap. The only drawback is that it’s all the way up in the mountains, no nearby sightseeing places or waterfalls. Don’t even try to get a taxi, even grab won’t come. So if you want to stay here better be sure you have a car.

This place is touristy, but very nicely done. Beautiful grounds, nice room with balcony, nice bathroom. Impressive and huge American style breakfast. Charming Hmong culture show.

Wonderfully peaceful - lovely grounds, large and nicely decorated rooms, warm staff, simple but good food and a delightful cultural show each night

Very peaceful getaway from the city. Close to Hmong villages and some tourist attractions.

Absolutely stunning place. Gardens, views and buildings amazing. We took a delux room but it was only ok. Bed and sheets ok. Towels clean but frayed in places. Room was clean enough but furniture was old and damaged. WiFi good. No air con but was freezing at night so not needed. No TV but not bothered about that. Coffee but no tea. Views incredible. Pool beautiful but too cold to use ( was late Feb high season). Food not great, plastic tables etc. amazing dance by the local hill tribe which was a high light. Breakfast good. So much scope for this place. The management need to put a bit of TLC into it.

I am staying here with my family and I am terribly disappointed. My little nieces are obese and ashamed of their body and are not allowed to go into the swimming pool because they are wearing T-shirts. I’ve travelled all around the world and never experienced this “rule” before. They couldn’t even tell us why exactly they are not allowed to enter the swimming pool but apparently wearing Shirts for obese people is not okay. I call this discrimination and I am deeply disappointed. Moreover the resort showed activities and shows on their website and there is literally nothing of this here. We’ve paid quite some money to be here with the family and experiencing this is just terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this resort to anyone, especially if you suffer from obesity.

Hotel lost in the mountains. No possibility of eating elsewhere Very simple room. It's cold at night. No mosquito net so no light in the evening or risk being eaten. Neat environment We were told that there would be a campfire with the Hmong tribe. Nothing of the sort. The campfire is actually a buffet with barbecue skewers. As for the Hmong tribe, it is a poor spectacle with children singing and dancing in a small party hall. For me it is a scam and a shameful exploitation of local ethnic groups. Tourist trap!

The hotel is lost in the middle of nowhere, nothing to do around. The pool is nice but the water is very cold. The rooms are OK, clean but they are freezing, we were very cold at night. The barbecue dinner was pretty good but there wasn't much to eat at breakfast.
