Die Lage direkt am Hauptplatz ist ideal, hier ist alles fußläufig erreichbar und die Straßenbahn hält vor der Türe. Das Design des Motel one, wie überall einmalig und schön; dass man einer Alleinreisenden Frau aber erst mal ein dunkles Loch mit Fenster zu einem 2qm ”Licht”-Schacht anbietet ist fast schon sexistisch. Mein Bruder bekam vor einiger Zeit, auch alleinreisend, sofort ein schönes Zimmer zum Hauptplatz. Lästig auch, dass die Zimmerkarte schon eine halbe Stunde vor Checkout time gesperrt ist und das Zimmermädchen drängelnd klopft, obwohl das ”Nicht stören Schild” an der Tür hängt.

Spacious place with a working kettle and complimentary tea and instant coffee. Enough plugs to go around and toilet amenities were all great, although the water would splash and form a puddle below the toilet bowl. Floor, toilet, beds, pillows and comforters were all comfortable and clean. TV has decent channels and the cupboard had sufficient hangers. Also good amount of surface spaces to place our things and luggages. Great place with amazing value and very accessible with a tram station right outside the entrance! Service staff were very helpful and friendly, and fluent in English. Superb place!

Parking is extremely convenient, right underground with direct elevator. We stayed in a 2 adult 1 child room and it was really big. The washroom was very spacious as well. We especially loved the free unlimited sparkling water on the ground floor. Ourdoor breakfast was very pleasant.

The room is clean and very close to the station. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the city center. In addition, the hotel does not have a refrigerator, but it is clean and the price is flat. Going to King Lake is very beautiful

The only downside was the noise level from the soundscape rehearsal late in the evening. It was fine at 8 pm, but until 10:30 pm it was really unacceptable. Please forward this to the tourist office. Not everyone is on vacation. There are also business travelers who need to work on their laptops in their rooms in the evenings. With that massive percussion and drumming, that wasn't possible. Beautiful and impressive, no doubt, but the timing was unacceptable. You can't expect that just two days before the event. Otherwise, I wouldn't have booked with you. My stay was exemplary, characterized by a prime location and outstanding facilities. The room’s cleanliness was maintained to the highest standards, and the culinary offerings were truly world-class. Above all, the staff’s professional service ensured a seamless experience from check-in to departure.

Disappointing stay at this hotel. 1. Thermostat not working within the room were the ambient temperature I guess was around 25 degrees. As front desk to resolve and was advised that none of the thermostats within the hotel worked as it was centrally heated. Advise was to open the window...obviously the front desk rep would not have slept in this room with the window open to the traffic noise. 2. Paid room tax by cash upon arrival and requested receipt for expenses and was advised i would receive this at checkout. So at checkout I was then advised the hotel had emailed the receipt to me and as you can guess I never received. Front desk then advised it was being resent and likewise never received. To the manager...I will ensure a return visit to your hotel in the coming weeks and expect you to refund my 4.50 Euros!

The hotel has standard rooms for a long time. The rooms are fully equipped and not luxurious. There is a parking lot on site. Breakfast is average. But the price is not expensive.
