AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very new and comfortable. Cleanliness is more important to me than luxury. There is a coffee bar on the left hand side downstairs and a barbecue restaurant on the right hand side. Although the parking lot is not hardened, it is very convenient. You can see it from one of the rooms on one side. The vehicle is more secure!

SsugarrrrrrrI booked it for my family. They thought it was more cost-effective than what they originally wanted to book, and it was cleaner and newer. However, I heard from my family that they were originally offered a room upgrade, and I also checked the option to upgrade the hotel rights. Yes, but the final result seems to be that there was no real upgrade, and it was still a 28-square-meter double bed room, which was the same as what I booked. Why?

GGuest UserCome to Enping to play. This hotel is very close to Sands Plaza. It is clean and sanitary. The parking lot is large and convenient! It was a comfortable stay. The front desk was very hospitable. It’s a good hotel. I recommend it. I’ll stay here again next time I come to Enping!

WWoaiSnoopyI have lived before, the environment is good, the air is good, it is quiet, easy to park, and the stay is simple. The front desk girl who has not met is serious and cost-effective.
Eating is also convenient, one kilometer + to the reservoir lake. The roast goose is good, and the crispy meat is quite a feature.
Only the facilities are slightly old, slippers should be provided for one-time.

GGuest UserI won't comment on the good or bad, just the actual situation. The hotel is in a good location, with a shopping center downstairs offering everything from food and drinks to entertainment. The parking lot is large, but there's a 10 yuan overnight parking fee, which is a bit confusing. There's also a deposit for accommodation, which feels a bit like a throwback to the old days. Regarding the amenities, the room lacks a wardrobe, bathroom fixtures, or an internal phone. The good thing is that the outlets have USB ports, so you can charge your phone with your own charging cable. The bathroom doesn't have a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water comes from a separate 40-liter electric water heater. The room has a small sink, which is convenient for daily use. I won't go into detail about the other services; just don't expect too much. The hotel opened in 2022, making it relatively new in the area.

When you ask where the buffet is, the Thai Pavilion directs you to the second floor of the Tang Feng Pavilion. When you go up, they tell you to go to the front desk on the first floor to check out. In short, it is very troublesome. There is no 5-country pavilion in those pavilions.
Think twice about the so-called good service on the Internet. There is no service value for 600 yuan a night. Please train your employees. They are all like interns. They are very annoying from the check-in. Later, a lady who looks like a manager appeared and said all kinds of apologies and gave instructions. In short, it was a very bad experience!
