The hotel facilities are complete, parking is convenient, and it's very friendly to new energy vehicles as charging is easy. However, the breakfast is poor; the variety is limited. Breakfast starts at 7:00 AM, and when we arrived at 7:15 AM, there was almost nothing left to eat. We told the staff, but there was no response until all the plates were completely upside down. Only then did we contact the kitchen, and the staff told the breakfast guests to come back in 10 minutes. It was truly speechless. I only had a sip of millet porridge. I forgot to take a video. Next time, I will definitely take a video and post it online for everyone to share.

GGuest UserExcellent choice for friendly, warm, helpful, clean and modern hotel. The owner and family is extremely friendly and helpful. You won’t feel you are just a lodger. We are sincerely thankful for the owner that showed us around the town and reindeer park and he even took the trouble of sending us to the train station when we checked out in the morning. 根河之旅让我们对友安宾馆刮目相看。它除了非常清洁和有智能设备之外，还有别家没有的人情味和家的感觉。对千里迢迢来到这里的我们这是最好的选择了，极力推荐给大家。We will definitely come back to stay here if we go back to Genhe again.

GGuest UserThis hotel was recommended by a friend during a previous trip, and I decided to book this hotel when I came to Hulunbuir. The hotel room is clean and tidy, and the boss enthusiastically recommended local specialties. It's very cold outside in Genhe in autumn, but the hotel is very warm indoors and has complete facilities. Surrounded by mountains and rivers, I like it very much!

WwindingThis guesthouse is located within the Aoluguya Scenic Area. It's an official guesthouse with excellent decor and is very clean and hygienic. The key point is that it's located within the scenic area, so you can easily stroll around the museum, various craft shops, and Evenki handicraft workshops in the morning. It's a very relaxing and comfortable experience, and I highly recommend it.

It is very convenient to eat three meals and buy daily necessities. About 25 minutes walk from the hotel to the cold pole square, there is a thermometer landmark, is a must-visit place for tourists. The hotel is slightly old, we live in a twin room, the room is not big, but the bed is comfortable and sleeps well. The front desk of the hotel is hosted by the proprietress. GGuest User超級棒的體驗，必須安利～先説根河真是一個避暑勝地，天氣好涼快，雖然趕上了下雨天，但是雨後空氣中的味道真是清新，在根河住了獨棟的小木屋，第一次住木屋，房間裏都是淡淡的木質香味，很喜歡，院內的環境也是非常的舒適，外婆還説園區裏有野菜，綠油油的就是很舒服，房間也是乾淨整潔，洗手間做了乾濕分離，工作人員也是親切專業，有求必應，服務周到，態度熱情，酒店的位置格外的安靜，遠離喧囂的地段，完全不受外界的干擾，酒店也配有餐廳，吃住都是比較方便的，吃過晚飯還可以和外婆在院內轉一轉，心情就非常好，也非常的涼快，還可以自己手工做這邊的特色樺樹皮燙畫，總體來説是非常不錯的一次體驗，一直生活在這裏應該也是很幸福！
