About 15 minutes walk from the bus terminal. Hotel like in a residential area. From the exterior, it doesn't look like a 4-star hotel, but the room was quite comfortable. The staff was kind and the breakfast was rich in variety and delicious.

This was a 5-star stay for me. I spent 2 nights. Oliver was friendly and very responsive. The room was perfect. Mini fridge, hot water kettle, and instant coffee/tea was provided, as well as 2 bottles of water. The place was very clean and comfortable. The location is just about a 5 minute walk to the Zagreb Kolodvor (bus station) and about a 30-minute walk to old town. It's located on a quiet street with few cars driving by. Free wifi. Grocery store, Konzum, was a couple of blocks away. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location. Sauna is available to book for free for private use. The best thing was the massage - it was really good. The only issue was the air condition which was changed to heating during the time we visited (summer transitioning to autumn) so it was a little warm at night. Unless you took the garden facing room, the road/ trams noises will be uncomfortable to leave the windows open through the night. Having said, the staff service were good.

This Sheraton hotel is a bit far from the Old Town, about a ten-minute walk away. However, the city itself is quite walkable, and you can see all the sights on foot. The hotel offers a good breakfast with a wide variety of food. It also has a well-equipped gym and an indoor pool, which, while a bit small, is still a nice amenity.

The Esplanade Hotel scores big on location — it's perfectly situated and hard to beat for exploring the area on foot. The beds were genuinely comfortable and made for a restful night's sleep. That said, the rest of the interior is showing its age. The furniture and furnishings are visibly worn and could use replacing. It doesn't ruin the stay, but it is noticeable and brings the overall experience down a notch. Overall a solid choice if location and sleep quality are your priorities — just be aware that the room itself has seen better days.

First things I like to express my appreciation to Toni at front desk who's very friendly welcoming my first day check in and helping me when I have problem with rental car. He really put his effort making so many calls when the rental car didn't response well, but finally all problem solved. And he sent his regard throe his friend at front desk on my second check in after 7 days traveling to Split and Dubrovnik, his name also Tony and he also very friendly. Thanks to both of you Toni & Tony ( I hope I didn't wrong spelling your name ) It's highly recommend for all type of traveler, the room is very quite, I can't hear anything from next room or outside, sleep like a baby. I love the spacious shower room and all luxury amenities. If not mistaken I think this is a brand new hotel. Since i drive a car, for me location is not important, 8 minutes drive to the old town, not too far. I like the neighborhood is so quite. Breakfast has many menus and tasty too. This is my third time staying at this hotel, and it's always so convenient with supermarkets and cafes nearby. The room and the whole hotel have a great design aesthetic. The breakfast is also very rich and quite extensive.

The hotel is located in a quiet little neighborhood next to the major bus station. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, they even gave me an extra sleeping pillow upon request. The room was livable, shower was tiny, and the view looked out into a cute backyard. The breakfast options were phenomenal and often went back for a second portion.

The room facilities were a bit old, but everything else was great, especially the rich breakfast. The lobby and restaurant were beautifully decorated.

The hotel is clean and basic amenities are provided. Reasonable with the price. Since I rely a lot on walking, the location is neither good nor bad. It was 2.5 km from the city center but since it is spring, the walk is really enjoyable.
