Great
BBabiesBooOverall, it is excellent. Starting with the price, it's so cheap, including breakfast. The room is spacious for two guest and everything is new to welcome their honored guests. However, the younger woman who answers the phone with the hotel number, looks quite annoyed when the guest makes a call to ask how to get to the hotel. So we have no idea how she did that.
Talking about the most important part is escorting their guest, the housekeeper (an aunt with short hair) is very friendly and she loves what she does. We gave her some tips for that. Her great service mind reduces our unsatisfied with the service of the first lady, and we still rate this service at a good level no matter what.
GGuest UserBeautiful modern villa at best location on Tawaen beach. The villa is clean and well furnished with everything u may needed there. Close to nature with small garden in front and at the back. U can feel and see the green all the time spending in this small villa. A Plunge pool is cool. It’s giving u a place to relax during the busy time of the beach. Breakfast was nice and served to the pool side. Walking distance to 7eleven and surrounded by eateries. Pick up and drop off to/from Nabaan Pier with buggy promptly (making a call once the boat departing from Balihai bay). Khun Noon was helpful and very responsive. She assisted to arrange activities with pick-up as well.
GGuest UserThe hotel and its location are excellent, the rooms are modern and clean, we loved everything. We'd like to extend our gratitude to the hotel staff member with the wonderful name Antra for the amazing service she provided, both at the bar and throughout the hotel. The most surprising thing was how she managed to be everywhere, getting everything done so easily and quickly. We originally booked the hotel for one night, but we didn't want to leave, so we extended our stay for another day. Thank you, I highly recommend it, we will definitely be back.
DDouglas Mc DougallNice location near the pier, although you need to wind between some alleyways.
The view, as shown in the website photos, is not quite what you get.
Lovely breakfast, made to order.
Room and bathroom are both clean and comfortable.
Scooters are available for hire at the premises.
TTheo FaronI personally found the bed to be very comfortable. I thought the room was pretty decent sized. The A/C was great. I had a small private area outside my unit, which was nice. I thought the community space was charming and comfortable to hang out in. And the staff were really nice people. And one of the cats was super friendly with me for some reason.
SSan SanichThis unusual camping hotel in tents offers a unique outdoor experience in Thailand, where adventure and relative comfort are combined.
Mold was found in the tent, which is typical for Thailand's humid camping climate. The air conditioner is very noisy and difficult to adjust so that it does not blow directly on the sleeping place. Shared showers and toilets add to the inconvenience.
For one night, it is suitable for vivid impressions, considering the price — minimum claims. You should not stay longer because of hygiene and noise; it is better to choose a standard hotel nearby.
GGuest UserThe hotel checked us in on time and doesn't allow early check in. this is alright and we understand. The motorbike rental with the hotel is cheaper than what shops offer at the Pier. I was able to rent for 300 baht while the offer at the pier was from 400 to 500 baht.
GGuest UserThe hotel is decent value for money. The rooms are large but lack a closet, hangers, safe, etc. There's only a small sofa and a bed in the room. There's a balcony with a table and chairs, which is very convenient, and a small refrigerator. The air conditioning is good, but it blows directly onto the bed. The grounds are small and there's no pool. We stayed on the second floor for two days. There are probably better rooms on the ground floor.
The staff is nice but doesn't speak English; they use a translator.
There's a free shuttle to the pier.
The hotel's main advantage is the location. A 7/11 and the port are a 5-minute walk away. The beaches are all far away, so you'll need a bike as there are no taxis on the island.
Bike rentals are available for 300 baht per day.
Overall, everything is very basic, but it's fine for a couple of days, especially considering the reasonable price.
GGuest UserWe stayed here for 11 days, during this time the room was cleaned twice, when the water/toilet paper/coffee ran out we had to beg the owner. The hotel is 2.5 km from Monkey Beach, 700 meters from Bali Hai Pier, there are many cafes/shops nearby. You can ask the owner for a bike (300) and a taxi (100). At night the music from the cafes is blaring, everything would be fine, but the singers are tone-deaf. It's nice to sit outside, but there are a lot of flies, ants and mosquitoes.
The garden is beautiful in autumn,
GGuest UserThe hotel is located close to the pier. Check-in is strictly at 2 PM. However, you can leave your luggage and head to the beach, rent a sun lounger for 100 baht and stay there all day, as they say, but only until 4 PM. The area is beautiful, of course, with azure waters. There's a 7/11 near the hotel. You can rent a bike for 200 baht, also said to be for the whole day, but we didn't try it. What I want to say about the hotel itself is that we paid around 4-something for it, but it's not worth the money. Upon check-in, it was quite dirty, and the towel smelled awful; they replaced it with a clean one. The room has soap, shampoo, body wash, two bottles of water, and that's it. There are also two doors leading to different parts of the hotel. In the morning, I woke up to something crawling terrifyingly from one part of the room to another and got incredibly scared. A little later, I realized it was something running on the ceiling. After that, I couldn't fall back asleep. Thank goodness my husband woke up, and I felt a bit calmer.
