GGuest UserCleanliness was excellent — the house was spotless on arrival, which we really appreciated. Location is decent overall and the staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. That said, the facilities side was a mixed bag for us. We were assigned one of the houses far from the pool, which meant a long walk or a car ride to get there — so we didn't really get to use it. The house itself was very basic: no fan or aircon in the living room/kitchen area, and no breakfast included. For 4,000+ baht a night, that felt like a steep price for what you actually get. To be fair, we booked over a long weekend when options were limited, so the rate was probably inflated. Fine stay overall, but I'd think twice at this price point and would definitely ask about which house you're getting before booking.

GGuest UserPrivate and exclusive land, the owner Pete is very nice, the hotel environment has nothing to say, but there should be only 4 rooms in total, there should be only 4 rooms in total, the environment is not to say, I will definitely go here next time, I suggest you drive, the place is more partial, people who like quietness can Long stay

GGuest UserThis hotel is located by the beach, surprisingly, they are fully booked. However, the hotel is quite old and not working properly. The staff is ok, they can provide breakfast with an extra charge of 100 THB/P. The swimming pool is under maintenance, and the water/hot showers are sometimes out of order. The bed is super hard and a bit hard to sleep on.
