I did not like that my room wasn't cleaned when i left for the day did not make up the bed or clean up in the bathroom still had toothpaste i the sink. The only thing they did correctly was give me fresh towels.

I had a great experience and the customer service was great there. I had a flight that came in late and I was told my room was canceled they fixed this issue because my flight had technical difficulties.

Stayed 3 nights on a weekend getaway. Quiet, clean facility. Manager and staff available when needed. Saw them tending to property daily. Comfortable and clean rooms. Well stocked. If I had to pick any areas that need improvement: pillows could be less rigid and please get a satellite tech out to properly set those dishes. A cloudy day should never interrupt a signal. 😁

Good hotel. No issues with property, no issues with parking, no issues with room.
But the staff doesnt have much idea on the reservation. Initially I was asking for good room with non smoking during reservation.
But the staff said they have a non smoking room with key not working. So everytime go out i need to let the staff know so that they open the room for me, which us kind of weird.
Then I am forced myself to get the smoking room. But the room is okay and good. No complaints.
