Gostamos muito da localização atendimento , quartos bons com varanda. O suco do café bem fraquinho Pagamos vinte reais por cada toalha de banho, no final da tarde, para o banho no banheiro da piscina.

O hotel é ótimo! Excelente atendimento, café da manhã variado e gostoso. Quarto limpo e confortável, com ducha boa e ar condicionado que funciona muito bem. Piscina limpa e gostosa, apesar de pequena. Ponto negativo: ficamos em quarto virado para a avenida e por isso tem o barulho dos carros, o que pode ser ruim para quem tem dificuldade para dormir com barulho. É muito perto do Parque do Beto Carrero, cerca de 800 metros. Por isso, dá para ir a pé. O inconveniente de ir a pé é um trecho que não tem calçada mas tem um gramado por onde é possível caminhar. Recomendo o hotel e ficarei novamente em uma próxima visita ao Beto Carrero.

Hotel bom, limpo, próximo ao Beto Carrero, mas não dá pra ir andando. Café da manhã razoável. A TV não tem canais infantis. O hotel está passando por ampliação, o que acredito que vá torná-lo mais atrativo.

Hotel básico! Café da manhã fraco! Chão do box escorrega cuidado! O piso deveria ser antiderrapante! Hotel não deixou ficar mais tempo no quarto mesmo pagando pois nosso voo era bem mais tarde do horário do checkout! Achei isso horrível com o hóspede! Não tiveram cuidado que eram 3 pessoas no quarto e faltou toalha lençol edredom! Hotel fraco!

Já frequento o hotel há algum tempo e nada mudou. Não vá esperando luxo pois não há. Quarto simples, organizado, limpo, atendimento normal. Restaurante no hotel comida razoável mas agora com opção de padaria e mais restaurantes a poucos metros. Antes o que me levava a este hotel era o acesso rápido ao Beto Carreiro, agora a lateral onde entrávamos foi fechada e temos que a pé pegar o acostamento da rodovia de alta velocidade, achei bem perigoso ainda mais com crianças.

Hotel muito agradável. Porém ficamos insatisfeitos apenas com o atendimento de algumas meninas do café; mal humor consequentemente com uma expressão infeliz. Quando chegamos pagamos pelo nosso café devido chegar fora do horario do check in, em nenhum momento fomos comunicados que teríamos apenas 15 minutos de café, e muito menos comunicados que as meninas do café tirariam os talheres no momento em que estávamos nos servindo. Nessa ocasião gostaria de ser informada sobre o tempo e iriamos em outro local. Att

Fui muito bem recebido. Todo o atendimento desde ante a minha chegada até a minha partida foi extremamente satisfatório ! Todos muito atenciosos e prestativos. Para quem busca opção de hotel para ir ao Beto Carrero não há opção melhor. Super recomendo.
