The overall stay was good, the gym facilities were adequate for a good little morning workout. The breakfast was good and had a good selection of items. The only reason this gets a 4 instead of a 5 review honestly was I was slightly disappointed with the maid service. We had a room with two queen beds and while we were out enjoying the city the entire day, we came to find only one bed was made. We had plenty of fresh towels and everything else appeared to have been organized and cleaned in the room but only one bed was made.

Check-in was super friendly and helpful. Our request for first floor room was accommodated. The room was massive! The beds were really comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and updated. Plenty of water pressure in the shower. Loved the restful night we had.

Front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful. The room was very clean, roomy and comfortable. I will definitely be staying at this property in the future.

We came for my loves birthday. Sarah Midon was super sweet and made sure she educated us on everything we needed to know as far as when breakfast would be served, ice machine location, fitness and pool and more. She also went out of her way to wish my the birthday boy a happy birthday. The hotel is sooooo clean. All staff we encountered was friendly and greeted us with a smile. We loved our stay and will be back.

A rare clean and safe hotel along I-10. I’d give it a perfect 10/10 except the TV would not turn off and they wired it so there was no plug to pull.

Very nice property. Clean and well kept. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Manager was on the property and took time to talk with guests. Nice breakfast options (for us anyway). Convenient to I-10. Would stay here again.

First, note that there are 3 Fairfield Inns in Pensacola. I went to the wrong 2 first before finally getting to this one. That’s my own fault. Pensacola Beach is the nicest of the 3. East is sketchy and West, which is this one, is newer and very nice just not as elaborately nice as the one on the beach, which is to be expected. Arrived slightly after midnight extremely tired after a long drive. Easy checkin. Room was average, lacking in decor, but the pillows and bed were extremely comfortable and clean. No big complaints other than the shower never got hot, or even warm. I ended up taking a cold shower. The front desk attendant advised they could’ve reset the hot water heater but I had already showered at that point and was in a rush to get back on the road. Staff were kind. Breakfast was okay. Nice selection. Would give them a second chance.

I reserved and paid for a room with 2 queenbed and a sofabed, but I received a room with only 2 bed. The ******* assured

It was clean and staff were nice. The only thing I was a bit hesitant about was the person at the desk seemed sick? Am hoping we don’t get sick.

I highly recommend this establishment! It is the perfect place to stay! Easy access to several restaurants within walking distance. Close to I-10 without the noise and a couple of gas stations. This is my favorite place to stay when passing through! The cherry on top, the staff is always friendly and accommodating!

Great staff, nice facility. Good breakfast. Our room had noisy neighbors not that they were being loud but you could hear them through the thin walls

The stay was excellent, however, I do have one complaint. There was absolutely no seating outside other than the pool area. No benches or covered seating. Also, online it doesn’t state that locals have to leave a cash deposit. This would be nice to know in advance. With all of this being said, the stay was great. The room was comfortable, a/c worked perfectly. The shower head was not great, but it got the job done.
