I booked and arrived at the property very late after a long drive from Rome, ~8pm.
Michaela (hope I spelt correctly!) was extremely helpful, pleasant and accommodating as I arrived tired and dishevelled!
Parking is provided.
Breakfast is provided.
Aircon included.
Rooms were clean, spacious and soundproofed (in the hall I could hear Italians debating loudly - in the room I heard nothing.
Room was large.
Bed was large.
Bathroom was spacious and very clean.
I would add photos but ********** app is misbehaving.
I spent my one evening there reading, having a glass of wine in front of some beautiful plants near the pool, listening to jazz.

I recently came back to this restaurant with some friends and I must say that I was satisfied! The proposals on the menu are varied, you can choose between land and sea but personally I usually go there to eat fish! We chose cold appetizers and octopus tentacle as starters, amberjack fillet as main course, all accompanied by excellent wines, following the advice of the dining room staff, always helpful and kind in satisfying our requests!

I stayed in this hotel for the Eurochocolate. Clean, organized and excellent welcome from the management of the Ruggini family. Fantastic restaurant where the chef Marco and his parents guide you with passion and professionalism in a really interesting path. Nice, new, clean rooms. The quiet area just off the main roads makes the residence also a good solution for relaxation, also considering the swimming pool for the summer period. I recommend it and I will definitely be back.

Residenza fuori Perugia, molto datata con vari disservizi, un po’ fatiscente, colazione povera è datata ,personale inesistente no Wi-Fi nelle camere tv monitor , ancora vasche da bagno no doccia non lo consiglio unica cosa positiva un grande parcheggio

Siamo andati al ristorante per mangiare il pesce, anche se c'è anche la possibilità di mangiare carne. Paccheri con l'astice, antipasti freddi e una vera specialità la tagliata di tonno. Molto buono ed al giusto prezzo, nella giusta quantità. Servizio puntuale e non invasivo. Ampia scelta di dolci.
