Had an amazing stay with my birthday complimentary surprise. The breakfast is soooooo good. The hotel room, staff and ambiance are wonderful. The only thing that I don't like is the swimming pool. No privacy and small. The rest are excellent and will repeat.

The good: room was clean and comfortable, and location is great for driving, just beside the highway The bad: during my stay there were issues with hot water, we mostly got room temp or at most lukewarm water, which made the bathtub useless. It's near a train track/station, so every few minutes you will hear loud train noises. Quite annoying for trying to sleep. Swimming pool closes at 7pm and is quite small. No fork and spoon in room, only a teaspoon.

Overall, I was a bit disappointed with my stay. Although it is a 5-star hotel, the facilities feel quite old, the pool is small, and the air conditioning was not very cold. The breakfast was good and had a decent variety, which was probably the best part of the stay. However, considering the price, I don't think it offers good value for money. Overall, it didn't quite meet my expectations for a 5-star hotel.

Stayed 1 night at Sheraton PJ and it ticked all the boxes. Check-in was fast, no queue. Room was spacious, clean, and quiet even though we came back late. Bathroom was modern and water pressure strong. Loved the breakfast - lots of variety, especially the local dishes. Gym and pool looked well-maintained too, though we didn’t use them. Staff deserve a shoutout for being polite.
