Room very spacious but no tea or coffee , except for soap no toiletries. Towel so hard , that you can use to scratch your back or remove old skin. Mattress so hard that you will bounce off it and talking of pillows , you wont realise that your head is resting on pillow or bed . The cook from dinning hall needs retraining . No microwave oven to give you hot food . Will I stay here again - A BIG NO

everytime i visit, the quality & service seems to be deteriorating.. d mutton was really ordinary this time.. the service wasn't bad, but the beer took forever (WHY!).. this time the rating should be 1, but hopefully this is a one off experience!
