Bopha Bassac Boutique Hotel

We booked rooms with a balcony for an increased price, but they gave us simple rooms without a balcony and said there were no others. But the difference in money was not returned. There was also a cockroach in the room. There was someone else's hair and eyelashes on the bed. There was a dirty towel. And there was no hot water at night. I don't recommend it.

I had a pleasant stay at Bopha Bassac Boutique Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely designed with a cozy atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. Overall, it’s a great boutique hotel with good value for money, and I would rate it 4/5.

Enjoyed our stay. Good location for local bars, restaurants etc. Room was good only bathroom had some small issues. Shower was not very hot and pressure of water went up and down. However a sign explained this was due to sustainable power/heating. The sink was not flowing properly. Service was great, people were nice!

I booked a room here for 5 nights and then even extended my stay for another 2 nights. The hotel is located quite central in the city, so it is easy to get around. The room was clean and nice. The staff is friendly and speaks English well and - not that it's important - the girls at the front desk looked really cute ;o). In other reviews I read complaints about the hotel not having hot water (but just a rooftop solar water heater), which is true but was not a problem for me at all. Reality is that it never gets cold anyway and therefore the water also never gets really cold. I recommend it and would stay here again - no doubt about that.

The room shown on the website was completely different from what I received. The photos clearly showed a room with a window and swimming pool view, but when I checked in, I was given a room with no window and no view at all. When I arrived, I immediately asked to change the room. However, the staff told me the hotel was fully booked and that there was only one room with a swimming pool view and double bed available. This information was never clearly mentioned on the website. This experience was very disappointing and misleading. Both the hotel and Trip.com should clearly describe room types and availability instead of using photos that create false expectations.even the bathtub also can’t use !!!

A quaint Balinese-style hotel on a quiet street. The staff was kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. I would avoid the food, though. I ordered lunch and it wasn’t very good. The place is reasonably clean. I enjoyed the general vibe of the place.

My stay was excellent. The room was impressively spacious and incredibly comfortable, making it a true haven after busy days exploring. The hotel pool was also a major highlight—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing swim or just lounging in the sun. I would definitely choose this hotel again for the great combination of comfort and amenities.
