Very disappointing that they told me my room was without windows. I lost the printed cpoy of my booking and my phone has a flat battery that's why I have no proof of what I booked. I have to argue a bit and later asked how much more for a room with a window. They said $2 a day more. I said I'll pay later when I come back but didnt specify if I'll pay through Trip.com or directly to them. When I returned, There was nobody on the reception which looked like an old toll gate booth. I waited till somebody came and told them that the room I booked has windows that has a view of the pagoda. They still insisted that I have to pay the $2 a day extra. Which I now refused to pay and showed them the photo of the double room that I paid for. The woman was cornered and said: "Ok, you don't have to pay"and rudely left. The amenities in the room was 1 cup and saucer 2 small bottles of water, 2 very minute soap, 2 toothbrushes and a roll of toilet paper. There were no coffee, tea, and even a water jug. The stairways and verandas were dusty and huge rats were running near the dustbins.

The location is great.

Good place good staff.

The room is next to The royal palace of the Cambodian king and very close to the river. The air conditioned rooms are cool. The bathroom is clean, but booking with 2 names but only getting 1 blanket (but big enough to cover 2 people), 1 towel to wipe off. Dean who brings a towel with him, otherwise the room isn't soundproof. Foreigners in rooms 206-205 are very noisy. Overall OK.

No reception is outside on the side walk Ant n lizards in the room Toilet is very bad smell of drainage they have to fix it n bed sheet torn n not clean. roof is like temporary kind of, it is so hot that take an hour at least to cool the room But location is great

Good service and friendly location

3 flights of very steep stairs, small room, small bathroom, holes in ceiling, door didn't close properly, TV might as well not be in the room with little to no reception, about 6 channels with snowy pictures. Hotel was in a good location, would I stay here again?

This hotel is right at the heart of Phnom Pehn. Close to most of the sites to visit, restaurants, bars, etc. Rooms are clean and food options for breakfast is great!

Good hotel but lot of street noise, lack of towels, cable television channels all scrambled

It’s good hotel near have many thing to do. Every thing is near but one thing they must change toilet and shower is slow

This hotel is one of my most favourite hotels in Phnom Penh. I am satisfied with the stay.
