Terrace Phu Quoc Resort Reviews

I came here to spend my New Years and when I checked in on Dec 31st, I found the room to be really dark, dingy and smelly. There was a terrible smell from the bathroom, which felt like a prison. When I told reception and they cleaned up the area, I noticed they forgot to give me toilet paper. I went to get reception but no one was there. When I was getting ready there were loud noises in the attic, I wasn’t sure what it was but it did sound like a rat or a cat. When I told reception they told me that is was noises from nature and most likely came from outside animals that was out of their control. Overall I had a terrible experience. The worst part was the way reception and the owner handled it. We booked for a few nights but we couldn’t stay after the first night since we couldn’t sleep. They made us pay 50% of the remaining nights and took our deposit. They told us to empathise for them as a business but failed to take into our wasted time and money. My friends and I had a terrible experience. We will never come back. If you want a good time on your holiday, I DO NOT stay here. It’s a waste of time and money!
