How did it get a good review .it's so far from the beach .no front desk .no elevator.no water in the room and the charge of the room very expensive.i don't know how I booked this place seeing the reviews

do not book a room here, the staff is not there, the office is empty, you couldn’t check in and the money was written off and not returned. this is a scam and "trip" support doesn't help at all

There is no a reception in the hotel. The cleaning lady let me in after I spent some time waiting. It takes 20 minutes to get to the beach. The linen was clean, but I can’t say the same about the bathroom. The furniture need to be replaced, the fridge didn’t work. But the craziest part is the check-out. I was awaken by the cleaning lady at 8 a.m. (you should check out before 12). She opened the door, saw that I was sleeping and closed the door. Ok! In two hours she knocked and asked, when I was going to leave. I’d just got up and my luggage was unpacked. I said that I am not ready to leave. She said:«The guests have just arrived and I need to clean your room». Like in many other hotels the check in is after 2 pm, so they clean the rooms between 12 am and 2 pm. I reminded her the hotel policy and said that I was not going to leave. she left me alone finally. When I was leaving, she was sitting on the upstairs and waitni for me gone. Really uncomfortable experience.

This is not a hotel, these are some kind of scammers, don’t believe the reviews. The whole horror began with the fact that they had the wrong address; I was looking for a hotel for a very long time. Only through the support service did the hotel staff contact me. There was no personal contact with a living person, everything was decided through correspondence. The hotel is completely misinformed, it’s not a quiet street, it’s not a hotel. As a result, I was never able to check in, and when I asked for a refund, they refused. The most disgusting thing is that the employees blatantly lie to the trip service. Com, no one took me anywhere or met me. They suggested that I go into a dark room and that I would find a room for myself.. I lost 150 USD and regret that I did not call the police.

It's just rubbish, the environment is dirty and messy, and there are no services. Please close down as soon as possible and don't open it to affect other people's mood. Everyone travels for fun. It’s really unfortunate and unlucky to live in your house!
