I had a bad experience. I went to front desk 2 days before I had to leave to ask if I could change my reservation to leave one day before . The lady from front desk told me that there would be no problem no doing that , the 17 in the morning I went to check out at 6:00 am as I had a ferry to take , I got the surprise that my money for the keys, towels etc deposit was not there nor my voucher ; the new receptionist looked in every single folder and didn’t find the money , I had to insistí several times that I had to go otherwise I would loose my transportation , at the end he gave me the 500 missing baht from somewhere else . If you have people that don’t speak well English, tell them not too say just “ yes “ in situations when they don’t really understand .
