I have a great impression about this hotel. It's a really nice hotel. Good service. The staff on reception is very friendly and helped very quickly 😊. I got a very nice room overlooking swiming pool. The restaurant for breakfast is amazing! 2 big swiming pools. Definitely recommend to visit this hotel for holidays. Everything is great ❤️

The service was great staff prepared a honeymoon suite for us. But unfortunately the hotel it self was not what i expected, it is so old there was rust on the shower and toilet floor. At breakfast i found hair in my food and the next day i saw a dead cockroach in the dinner area. The house keep never changed my sheets 4the whole 4night stay, only made the bed eachday.

Food normal, vibe so good, cleanliness little bit dirty, service so worse than last year. But premium room is so comfortable

I come back to stay here again. Andaman Embrace Patong Hotel. I perceived a nice change. They keep the entire room fresh and clean and the scenery inside the hotel looks warmer #Let the pictures tell the story.

Stayed at this hotel for the second time! I see a big improvement here! Loving their new breakfast setting, more variety and better quality. New pool and their bar is just lovely, my daughter had lots of fun swimming while I enjoyed the cocktails, Strawberry daiquiri is the best!!!!

Andaman Embrace Patong is the perfect resort for honeymoon. Our room was amazing with pool view. Everything is clean and everyone is friendly and kind. It was a really nice experience and I hope to visit again.

Very near main activity area and beach. Friendly staff and nice facilities.

It ‘s under construction and the lift is broken. Not very convenient. Hotel’s close to the beach.

Location is good. The room is clean. The pool is spectacular. But they are doing renovation during my stayed, the lobby and corridors are dusty, the renovation sound is annoying.

Place was clean, but the down side was 1. Bathtub too high without steps or side handles ( not for a 1.5m height me) i need to climb up quite dangerous to get inside the bathtub to shower 2. Washing sink was also too high, i cant even brush my teeth 😂😅 even when i try tiptoe as the distance to the tap was far. Well, but if you are someone who can get use to brushing teeth with water in cup, its does fine. Pro. The staffs at the pool bar was friendly and nice, check in / out was a breeze Aircon in the room was cold and nice Do note the deposit have to be in CASH 3000Thb Overall the stay was pleasant

Very accommodating and clean. Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast was satisfactory. Amazing location, walking distance to the beach and about 15/20 minutes walk to Bangla Road. Would definitely return.

It’s amazing. The staff is responsive to all qualms and concerns. The location is beautiful and convenient cause it’s close to Patong beach and bangla road which was great for me. It’s clean and a bit more spacious than I’d expected. The pool is great, there’s happy hour and all :). I enjoyed my stay there. Would definitely come back!

Great hotel! Pricey but worth it if you want a bit of luxury. The private pool room is nice but can get very noisy in the day time with other guests enjoying the pool. Breakfast was nice. The only thing is the hotel is quite big so walking from the entrance to our room felt a bit long. Also there’s no AC in the lobby so it’s hot when waiting to check in and out.
