People there were friendly, room was cleaned every day. Reasonably close to Patong beach, but to walk takes maybe 30-40 minutes depending on foot speed. Wish they had towels i could rent to take to beach but was good value for money if you're not worried about having a beautiful view, or you're gonna be out of your room a lot, this place is good value.

Place is not bad for 2-3 nights. Street traffic downstairs is loudy. Tired room, but all is working. 15 minutes walk to beach.

The actual room was good especially for the price, about a 10/15 minute walk from bangla but did wake up with a lot of bites so possibly had bed bugs
