Briarstone Inn

So I expected the basic hotel stay considering it was the cheapest hotel in the area? I had already stayed a week at one of the most expensive hotels on the ***** and just decided to stay a couple days longer but save a few dollars! Everything was spotless clean compared to the more expensive hotel I stayed at the week before. I was truly shocked honestly it was such a pleasure the people were very nice and very helpful each time I needed something. The rooms sheets blankets were immaculate I mean the cleaning staff went above and beyond, the pool was stunning and it was open 24 hours which I had not seen at too many other hotels we stayed at. If you're looking for the cheapest place to stay and actually getting your money's worth especially nowadays this is the hotel for you & your family; it's everything you would expect in more for the price you pay... And it's right on the main ***** 2 minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and six minutes from downtown Gatlinburg! Tennesse was the BEST trip we ever went on as a family and we have been almost EVERYWHERE.

My whole experience suckered, you can tell the ownership doesn't care about the clients they are like slum lords, my wife didn't even take a shower there its that bad.

It was ok rooms are not to our liking has an odor as well! Noticed the bottom sheet was turned wrong side out umm 🤔 is this due to not washing??

Nice and cold in the room sheets clean, need bigger towels would like too see better water pressure but over all good job.

This motel is completely trash! They rent the bottom floor out. The floor and walls were dirty. The room smelled. The ceiling was leaking. When we came in the sink was dirty. We lifted the sheet and the bed was dirty. Needless to say we had to check out it was so bad!

The pictures on the outside could use updating, other than that I would absolutely stay here again!

The room was ok. There was greasy hand prints on the bed headboard. We seen at least 7 roach bugs crawling on the wall. I told the front office. The pool was green.

The hallways looked so so awkward...bed sheets had visible dirts and some animal fur here and there! No breakfast included in the price but juice and coffee.Other than that, the location is good, the price very good!

For the mostbpart the room was clean. The door to the bathroom was filthy. Definitely need to do a little up keep.
