The hotel is old-fashioned luxury, and the decoration design is a bit outdated. The decoration of the room is very simple, and the simple must be upgraded to a luxury room. Hotel food is very good, we are all-inclusive. Wine and beverages are all-you-can-drink, completely worth the money, the hotel's restaurant has a superb view and the food is exquisite. Finally, all restaurants in the hotel need to be booked in advance for dinner, which is very difficult to make. It is recommended to book before check-in. If you are undecided, you must insist on negotiating with the hotel after checking in, otherwise the daily buffet will be very boring.

We had the most amazing experience this May while visiting the White palace. Everybody working in the hotel was polite, eager to assist and make our stay exceptional. They even remembered that I was looking for kiwis every morning and the fruits were there on my table before expressing my request. They just did everything in their powers to create the absolute amazing experience for us. The rooms was undoubtedly very clean, everything was well organized and well thought of. The rooms were decorated with taste, the food was overwhelmingly high in quality and offered in bid quantities. There was nothing you would need and could not find it. Your desire their order. Congratulations to everybody, to the management, to the training department, to the FnB, to the cleaning department keep up with such a high level of services and your guests will always refer to you as the hotel that capture their heart.

Lovely hotel, a good 4 out of 5 from me The hotel is impressive looking, especially at night. The pools are lovely and staff great. I was especially touched by the effort Irina, Debi and Demitris put into make sure my partner had a very special 60th birthday at the resort. The hotel group also own a farm which you can visit and enjoy a fabulous meal as part of the package. A sister hotel has a water park which we enjoyed too. Our room was a fabulous location with a little garden leading right out to the pool. It was a little dated but perfectly functional. The swim up rooms looked amazing but i rarely saw people in the water. Not sure how suited they would be for kids. My one frustration was the a la carte restaurants. You have to book 6 days in advance and you are limited as to how many times you can use them. Although the buffet was by far one of the best we have experienced, we much prefer to have an a la carte dinner. We maxed out our booking slots (accepting we would have a handful of buffet meals, but did this before we knew about the hotel entertainment schedule. We had to forgo two a la carte restaurants in order to enjoy the entertainment. Also worth noting for families that one restaurant is only available for 12+ guests and another published on the website is only open in high season so we had a greek, Italian and asain available to us. The hotel has a lovely chocolate shop and does fabulous desserts (although very chocolate based). There is a crepe and waffle place open till 6pm. the buffet closes after mealtimes. I understand the bar offers late night snacks. The drinks are good quality although I have to say the drinks from the long bar by the restaurants are by far superior. Shame there isn’t a lounge area to sit at there. Would I go again, probably. I must admit though the offer at Mitsis with the creperie open til 2am and the a la carte ‘street food’ by the pool is a bit more suited to our tastes.

My wife and I came to this hotel for our honeymoon and her birthday. upon arrival we were personally greeted by the general manager, lovely touch. we have never had a better service from any hotel anywhere we have stayed. Every member of staff was fantastic, their attention to detail is second to none! As we were there for a very special occasion, we were treated to an room upgrade, this made our experience all the more special. I honestly can not fault any part of this hotel. we are already looking to take the kids back next year for our annual holiday!! My wife and i were once again in the hotel "Lux ME White Palace " on Crete We would like to thank all the staff at the hotel as they were all exceptional. I recently stayed at the White Palace for my vacations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service by Konstantinos at the reception. The check-in process was swift and seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome. My room was spacious, elegantly decorated and spotless. My stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional.

We came for the second time, after our visit last year in June. Our expectations were high and the experience was even better. Thanks to the superb management team under supervisors Mr. Gialitakis and Mr. Kontorinis we had a fabolous stay. Of cource we not forget to mention all the others who work in the hotel, as the succes of a brand depends on the efforts off a whole team.

Fantastic service by all. Particular thanks to Giannis and Danni from the Bar, Dimitra from reception and all the staff at the resort. A large variety of food served at the al-la-carte restaurant as well as the other 4 fine dining restaurants. The drinks served were equally as fantastic.

This is a beautiful hotel with lovely facilities to include the most comfy loungers ever, wine cellar, branded drinks and some beautiful restaurants. The all inclusive is brilliant - good choice also to I slide crepes and ice cream and proper made cocktails. Service is brilliant, the place is spotless. There's not a lot to do in the evenings apart from eat and a few drinks - limited entertainment so if you want to party it's not for you. All the loungers are in 2's and can't be moved so as a 3 we all sat apart - no big deal but good to know. Visit to the local town is worth it - its beautiful. The only thing I missed was a robe in the room, and an extra wine glass in our room as again catered for 2. Hardly a complaint though!!!!

Just got back from 7 night stay and would have to say one of the best all inclusive hotels I’ve been to . All the staff from the cleaners, porters, restaurant staff to the reception staff were all extremely friendly and all went out their way to help with whatever you needed. Their care started the minute you walked in , we were welcomed by a cold lemonade while checking in, on last day we were given a late checkout room as flight was late afternoon. They really take caring to the next level to make sure your stay is the best it could be. Maid service twice a day making sure your room was always at its best and changing towels whenever you needed them. Food was extremely good especially in the 4 al a carte restaurants which are definitely worth booking. All in all a super holiday from start to finish.

Quality hotel with brilliant service. Nothing was ever too much effort for them and all our requests were satisfied, such as late check out, swapping out drinks in room, changing pillows etc.. Pros - Staff were great, so lovely and helpful - Drinks, cocktails were amazing and we didn't expect this being an all inclusive, all cocktails were made from fresh and each one was consistently perfect! - enough sunbeds for everyone, staff encourage guests not to reserve for more than 30 mins which ensures people don't take the piss. - Comfy beds - Watching sunsets at sunset bar was the most enjoyable part of our stay. Cons I caveat this with a note to say this isn't the hotels fault but I think good for other child free couples travelling to know, there were a lot of children. We visited out of season (April) so didn't expect there to be many but would say a quarter of the guests were under 10. This generally didn't affect us as there is a small adults only section of the restaurant but I'm afraid to say it did sometimes ruin the chilled sunset vibes with screaming children running about the place (not every night thankfully). I would happily stay at this hotel again, is was a really enjoyable and smooth holiday but I would consider going to an adults only next time.

Utterly relaxing week. Did absolutely nothing beyond reading two very large books. Staff were first rate, food good, the cocktail bar was sublime (it's a pleasure to watch a professional at work) whilst the somelier had a particular charm all of her own.

The hospitality of the staff was excellent. The facility, views, restaurants and services were amazing. This is the place to stay when you visit Crete.

A stunning hotel, with excellent food, beautiful rooms and truly brilliant staff. The fact that everything is included makes it a really relaxing experience. Unlike some other Grecotel hotels, two of the pools, are heated in April, which means you can actually swim without turning blue. The kids club is good, perhaps more is needed for kids when the weather is not sunny and a playground would be brilliant. However, the kids club staff were fantastic. The chef tasting restaurant definitely deserves a mention for the stunning meal. Perhaps a lick of paint might benefit the ambience, particularly near the sliding door but overall a wonderful experience, made possible by the babysitting that is offered (extra cost understandably, but so worth it). We were upgraded to a seafront suite with shared infinity pool and the view was out of this world. The beds were really comfortable and my 6 year old loved the ropes “holding up” his bed. One of the best experiences of the holiday was the visit to Agreco Farm, which supplies all the organic food for the hotel chain. Amazing tour of an incredibly beautiful working farm with a stunning sumptuous meal to follow. All included in the price (pay for your taxi to and from the farm - about €12). Definitely worth booking all the a la carte restaurants and the farm the week before you go. They have a great app. However, the buffet menu is vast and delicious. Definitely try the Thyme infused honey. Sadly the Greek Taverna was not open when we went. Slightly disappointed with the spa. No jacuzzi or steam room. Saunas weren’t working and the treatments were overpriced. However, a beautiful ambience. This is our second year in a row we’ve stayed with Grecotel and we love the brand. The White Palace is definitely lovely to visit.
