It was a good stay with a good view out the window, the owner and the staff were very helpful and nice!

It is located an hour's walk from the train station, so it took about 30 minutes to get to the Leaning Tower of Pisa from the accommodation. Other in-house services were excellent. They were considerate of pre-check-in and check-out.
And the surroundings of the accommodation were quiet, so there was no noise at night.

They were really nice to let us do the check in late and really kindly explained us everything.
Also he did us the favor to call a taxi so we could leave early in the next morning.
The room was really clean and comfortable.

We had some difficulty reaching the owners to arrange for our arrival. The location was fine and parking was close and free.
We found to be quite muggy with no fan, no screens to leave the windows open and no air conditioning. You can hear everything so bring earplugs.

Don't let the photos fool you, the furniture is literally falling apart. They didn't even leave shampoo or shower gel and if the toilet paper runs out there's no one to ask for it. In all cases it is better to spend 10/15 euros more and choose a place closer to the centre, you will save money on petrol, parking and possible fines as Pisa has many limited traffic areas with cameras.
