This was a fantastic vacation. From the moment we arrived the staff took care of us like family. Veronica, Maried, Fabian, Latoya, our driver Emanuel and many others made our stay enjoyable. The room, pools and food were also very good.

The resort doesn’t have no entertainment, the seafood restaurant never opened, the prefer club has no top shelf liquor and the food is horrible. There is absolutely no entertainment. They allow children to sit and drink at the bar. This resort is for elderly people it’s not worth staying at

The property was amazing. The staff is attentive and friendly. They are very accommodating. They go out of your way to help you have the best experience at the hotel.

Very beautiful, clean resort. Amazing ocean, pools. The problem is bugs.
Nobody tells you about bugs. Buy bug spray and use it right away.
There are only two or three restaurants open for dinner and service is extremely slow. Get ready to spend three hours at dinner.
Not many covers against sun. No beach umbrellas.
No much of entertainment. Only one pool table, no sports bar with tvs. I my one TV and you cannot have the canal you want. They play what they have planned.
Despite all that you can have incentive and enjoy your stay.

The food was decent, staff was nice, properly itself was decent. The terrible part was the inconsistent electricity day and night and fire alarms going off day and night. For 4 days in a row. Made it hard to sleep and stay comfortable.
