The location is excellent. There are many bars and restaurants around. The decoration style also has local characteristics. Although the hotel has a bit of history, it is very clean. The breakfast and evening buffets included in the room rate are also very affordable. It is very suitable for people traveling here for the first time. Recommended

Just came back from a weeks holiday , the hotel was superb so clean food had so much choice and always fresh they catered for everyone the pool area was great plenty of sun beds we put towels down around 8.30 as there was 6 of us but up till dinner there were plenty the pool was lovely not heated but nice 1.35metres deep ideal, the rooms were ok tv ( hardly no English channels) a/c not the best we have had but worked only criticism not enough plug socketswe had rooms near the ‘ gailic corner pub ‘ very very loud but when doors shut could hardly hear it , beer in the hotel was 4.1 euros a large beer . Would we go back yes best hotel in Tenerife we have stayed in

Really enjoyed the stay with great food and service. The main part was the proximity to beautiful beaches and easy access to local services to visit other top attractions. Hotel services like swimming pool, bar etc was excellent as well as hospitality shown by every member.

Firstly , Staff absolutely brilliant , nothing too much trouble ,polite helpful a credit to H10 every single one of you . all inclusive drinks ,top brand very large measures be careful !! Food ,something for everyone and tasted as good as it looked , massive pool area ,spotless ,loads of sun beds , Honestly this hotel and its staff make you so welcome you won’t regret booking it . Centrally located , thank you Las Palmeras

Great hotel. Food is amazing. Privilege not needed as Hotel excellent across all areas. Very clean and polite staff. Rooms really clean. Couldn’t fault anything. Location good for shops and restaurants. Buffet restaurant offers lots of variety

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I feel like I have to with this hotel. The hotel is decent enough, and we enjoyed our stay here all in all. However, it is full of the older generation and us been a couple in our early 20s stuck out like a sore thumb, and it feels like you are constantly getting stared out by others. The rooms are alot smaller than the photos suggest and are very dated, we were originally allocated a room on the 1st floor on the left side of the hotel above the Irish bar. And the sound coming from the bar was that loud that the room rattled until 12:30am. We mentioned this to reception the next morning, and they got us moved with no issues. The pool area was great and the staff couldn't be any better. The food was alright but nothing special. And the hotel is in a great location with plenty of places to eat, drink and shop

We went Privilege package which we found very good, the only problem that we incurred was the amount of room on the privilege sun terrace, when the hotel was busy there was some couples that unfortunately were unable to get loungers. The elevator's sometimes had a brain of their own, The staff were excellent, if we had any issues we would inform the room service and they were resolved almost immediately. Nothing was to much trouble for the two ladies that were working behind the check in desk, I feel we must mention the young ladies they were Arnella & Antonella, the meals in the dining room were very very good, and waiter service was excellent, The entertainment It needs a little to be desired, it was entertaining for the children but not too clever for adults. Having said that since leaving the hotel we have actually discussed returning for a longer duration. I would certainly recommend this hotel if you require a very laidback holiday.

Lovely staff Nice food Rooms ok unless you get lower floor on the street side view of the kitchen roof!! Awful but to be far they changed us the next day Night time entertainment nothing special except for Queen tribute act Mercury Rising who were really good No atmosphere in reception bar area I hate glass bathroom doors!!! Wouldn’t stay here again

H10 Las Palmeras is a great place to be, its relaxing, its fun and everything is close by. The staff is amazing, very friendly and lots of fun. Expecially the animation team, Laura, Martha, Javier and all the others are doing an exellent job. Adults have a diversion of sports/games to play but also the children are entertained and they love it! Thank you so much and see you soon! Family Shaker/Cano Lopez

This was our second visit ( and 2nd review ) just 12 months apart . The hotel is great , lovely and clean , the staff are helpful and freindly and the pool is a nice place to spend the day but......as per my first review the food served is poor , not much choice and mostly cold like its been sat there a while . Its a real shame that the food is so poor as it really lets down the experiance . The Privilage suites are superb but havent stayed in any other rooms . I will definatley be back but will definatley be Self Catering as the hotel is surroumded by good quality , well priced eateries of all types . All in all we enjoyed our 2nd visit

Me and my sister in law have just returned from my first stay her 2nd , well on first arrival we had to take are own suitcases to are room ok though 5th floor 503 room had a lovely sea view hotel spotless everywhere, rooms was missing one main thing a kettle and cups that for some people is a big thing we had to go down stairs to breakfast for are morning tea or coffee, but lifts even though there’s four was a bit of a wait at busy times , the main massive and best thing for me that I’d give this hotel a big 5 star was the had lactose free yogurts milk butter and that just made my stay so pleasing , the food was so fresh and plenty of variety no complaints wat so ever the entertainment team were such hard workers and always so happy thanks to Javier Laura and Ana behind snack bar for making us are special drinks 😜 and another great thing lots of sunbeds and no music banging all day just nice bk ground music it was one of my nicest places I’ve stayed well done to h10 definitely be returning
