Stayed over Christmas / new year 14days All inclusive (privlage )one of the best hotel we have stayed in .food out of this world Italian -Japanese-steak house -and the dinner and show .main reasturant also good plenty of variety gala dinner on Christmas was lovely new year eve was fantastic still talking about it now month after we been home I could go on for ever talking about the hotel we loved everything about it staff happy and helpfull spa was good infinity pool also good looking out to sea ....We will be definitely booking again for Christmas/new year privlage All inclusive. package we'll worth doing .. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel .

Beautiful hotel, food excellent, fab location, lovely staff. Close walk to nightlife. Branded drinks with great measures.

Just back from the H10 Conquistador such a beatiful hotel. Food was lovely - great variety offered and different themed nights so the food is not repetitive. Fantastic location right on the beach front which is completely flat for walking. Rooms are lovely and spacious. Very clean. Beatiful sea view balcony. Staff are fantastic. All Inclusive was brilliant. Can't wait to return.

Spent 7 nights at this hotel and we had a fabulous time .its location was perfect for us as it was very central. I would have no hesitation in returning to both the H10 Conquistador and Teneriffe in the near future .

This was our first visit to H10 Conquistador and we had an amazing time. The previous two years we have stayed at H10 Las Palmeras but we decided to try the Conquistador this year and it was fabulous. As soon as we walked in we were impressed by the reception, ambience and were greeted by a lovely reception team. We booked All Inclusive Privilege and it was worth every penny. The staff were very friendly and took time to chat. Our room was more than comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space. Our mini bar was stocked and replenished daily. Every evening we had a turn down service and chocolates left. We ate twice at the Steak House and Italian as we enjoyed both so much. The lunch restaurant was lovely and we enjoyed the buffet when we visited which had plenty of choice. Mike's coffee house was really nice. The Privilege terrace and lounge were lovely and we had the best time. We can't wait to return next year.

My partner and I stayed here for 2weeks from 14th to 28th May and can honestly say it is a lovely hotel.Great location,staff all friendly and great service,rooms spotless.Entertainment was different every night and not repeated 2nd week.Lifts took ages but you get that in most hotels.The only 2 minor ******* are the room was small and the food could sometimes be a bit hotter at times but it wasn't a big issue.,would definately recommend it.

Upon arrival we did think the room and the balcony were small and the lighting very dim. However as for the rest of the hotel experience I can only say this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Choice of food was exceptional, the bar serving branded drinks not local stuff The entertainment at night was quality. Location of the hotel is adjacent to the beach. All said a fantastic experience, well done to everyone involved in a wonderful stay.

Great location, we booked a sea view room which was a bit on the small side but was very clean and had all amenities you would expect - toiletries and towels supplied. Meals were delicious, with a huge range at the buffet, all freshly prepared to a high standard. No shortage of sun beds at the pool, never got too busy. Wristband as a room key and for charging drinks / snacks worked well.

The H10 Conquistador is probably the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Tenerife. Really great selection of food at every meal. The three A La Carte restaurants are excellent. We couldn’t fault this hotel. We stayed in a bedroom 414 with an extremely large balcony and sun beds, table and chairs overlooking the sea and pool. Every member of the staff were always eager to please. We’ll definitely be booking there again in the not too distant future. Many thanks Hotel Conquistador

Arrived at hotel with very friendly receptionist, room very clean and comfortable apart from the double bed was just 2 singles pushed together. Mini bar was stocked the following morning. Room always cleaned and cleaned very well each day. The food and drinks were delicious the best I have had. Was a shame there was no where to get snacks bits in between meals. The coffee shop was also a bonus. This hotel is more aimed towards couples over the age of 50. Being in our 30s we found it a bit boring but we ventured out each evening. We would not take our children with us here as found there was not a lot going on for kids.

It’s the second time we have been to this hotel. The first time was 6 years ago and we have a tendency to try alternate hotels for our holidays. However, since being here we seem to find ourselves comparing the other hotels to it and thinking they are not as good 😊 The location is perfect.. the staff are very friendly and polite and the hotel itself seems very well managed. Food was great and the speciality restaurants are well worth a visit. We went with the privilege package again and love the upper level sun area with the jacuzzi, the help yourself bar/snacks and the new little plunge pool to cool off on hot days. Overall - an excellent stay and would highly recommend.

Check in was excellent,the lady explained everything to us really well. Loved that the wrist band was also your room key. So much easier than having a card to remember to take. We had a sea view room. Very small with a small balcony. Not enough space for clothes and no proper closing door on the bathroom. Size of the bathroom was good though. The hotel looks nice enough and is clean though it really needs some care and attention as it is really dated. Food was average,stayed at much better H10 hotels where the food has been excellent. This seems to be the same every night . Pool area is nice,though if you are bringing children they are not allowed to play with a ball or a lilo in the pool. Be carefull with children playing by the kids pool as we saw glasses smashed at the entertainment the night before and glass wasn’t cleared away properly. Even after telling staff it was still there 48 hours later. Entertainment was really good especially the singers,and the location of the hotel is excellent for bars and shops. Overall an average hotel but I won’t be coming back.

This is our 5th stay here. Lovely place to stay at! Staff is wonderfull and makes you feel at home! (Adriana, te amo! gracias por todos como siempre!)

3 40-somethings seeking a long weekend break involving sun, relaxation, good food & a right good laugh! H10 Conquistador did not disappoint. Cannot fault the staff or the hotel, so clean , attentive staff and special mention to Pedro on the van at the ‘adult only’ drink and snacks van - super friendly and gave us lots of good chat!
