The hotel is close to the seaside, online booking is much cheaper, there are about 10 free parking spaces, the health is good, the rooms are relatively large, the decoration is a bit old, the bathroom is not very good, there is a swimming pool, other facilities are not seen There are supermarkets and restaurants in the surrounding area. It is very convenient to eat and buy things. There are many bars and souvenir shops on the beach.

Awesome rooms, friendly and supportive members of staff, simple but decent breakfast, close to the beach and to the main road, with plenty of bars, clubs and entertainment, malls and you name it, pool was with a stunning view over the sea, gym was also state of the art.

I made a reservation for my family while they were visiting Mexico and on the email it stated that they would have until 3 am to check in. They were at a wedding in another town and could not check in until later because of the distance. Since it was already midnight and they knew they were an hour away they called the hotel numerous times because Wyndham states that you can make special arrangements with the hotel directly if you plan to check in late. No one ever answered! No big deal they will be there before 3am. They ended up getting a flat tire and it took forever to get help to fix it. Again, visiting from another Country. No one ever answered the front desk again. I called Wyndham directly and they tried calling…no one answered. My family gets there at 3:10am and are turned away and refused! Again, reservations already made for 2 rooms. They have been through a lot and stuck. The reservation department said they could not help me but to call in the morning and speak to Wyndham customer service directly. Ok, but what about my family? Luckily they found a nearby random hotel and just checked in. They have an elderly lady with them with health issues and had to deal with someone that first off never even answered at the front desk at all from 12am-3am. Not even when Wyndham reservations called. I’m sure this place is nice but I’m just annoyed because I’ve been to enough hotels all over the place to know that accommodations can be made. I’m just going to stick to Hiltons.

Hotel location is very good, shopping street is close by, five minutes walk to the beach, it can be said to be quiet in the middle of trouble, has been recommended to friends, the partition of the balcony is best frosted isolation If the requirements for western food are not so high, this buffet breakfast is still okay. We came here to celebrate my birthday. When we arrived Charlie was there to check us in and he was very friendly and helpful. We saw him at various times during our stay and he was always friendly and witty. Angel helped us with our bags and he was also very friendly each time we saw him. I had a super relaxing hot stones massage from Rubi. I would recommend her and the massage. Fernanda researched and organised an excursion for us. Fernanda was very patient while we worked out what we wanted to do and when. We had her details on Whatsapp so we could ask her questions in advance and she always replied. I loved the selection at the breakfast buffet. I would only say I wished the hot options were hot rather than just warm. This didn't stop me from having the hot selection though as it was always tasty. Alongside hot there was an omelette station (I didn't try this) plus selections of cakes, fruit, cereals and juice. The team in the restaurant kept the coffee coming and the coffee was also very nice. A shout out to Gabriel and Carla who made us feel welcome each morning. The restaurant is actually Ipanema's Brazilian Grill which serves amazing food in the evening but I was disappointed that it was the Brazillian grill or eat out. Not that much of a hardship as there are loads of eateries nearby but it would have been nice to have a choice. Although Magic Blue is a beautiful and super relaxing hotel, there were a few things which bugged me (didn't stop us from enjoying our stay). The bar area is lacking in atmosphere. It didn't feel like a place where you could hang out and be sociable. Food at the bar is only available up to 8pm. It's difficult to know if it's so dead there because people prefer to go to nearby bars or whether people go to the nearby bars because Magic Blue's is so dead. For that reason we only sat in the bar area once during our 10-day stay, although we did order drinks from there to have at the pool. The gardens and pool area are very well maintained (I loved the landscaping), but the stairs to our rooms and our terrace could have been cleaned better. We were on the 3rd floor in one of the master suites and there was bird droppings at a corner of our terrace when we arrived and up until we left 10 days later. The droppings looked like they had been there for a while. Birds did seem to like perching on the railings, all the more reason to do a proper clean each day I think. While we liked our room, it was clearly evident where repairs have been done. It looks like there was no attempt to make good where, for example, there might have been a leak in the past. For the price of the rooms I think more care should be taken with presentation. We saw the same in the spa. It doesn't have to be seamless but at least try not to make the end result look botched. All in all we like and would recommend Magic Blue. The staff made all the difference.

My friend gave me the famous Xcaret Water Park. The hotel prices on Christmas are ridiculously expensive, especially the hotels under Xcaret. So this time, apart from staying in this Xcaret Mexico (hereinafter referred to as X), the other one is not very popular with Chinese tourists. Many Iberostar Quetzal (hereinafter referred to as Q). The price of Hotel Q is less than half of that of Hotel X (of course, Hotel X includes tickets to the amusement park, whether it is worth it or not). I recommend Q more than X, which is more popular with Chinese people, has better hardware facilities, and better scenery. environment: Hotel X is a five-star hotel that Chinese people are familiar with. Most of the beach is reef, a short stretch of sand, and the water quality is super good. X is the garden and Q is the jungle. Catering Services: If I only stayed at the X hotel, I might think it was fine, but unfortunately I stayed at the Q hotel. In contrast, Q Hotel has a feeling of being at home, the waiters are more happy and easy-going, the drinks are open for drinking, the buffet is fresh and varied, and there is basically no need to wait for a table. You can eat big lobster and oysters on Christmas Day, without being stingy at all. In contrast, the waiters at Hotel X are all business-like, and they have to wait for a table when there are not many people at the buffet. It looks like a big place, but there are few tricks to eat and drink. I also made an appointment for a Xin Gao Japanese meal. Don't expect too much. My daughter ordered an appetizer of rice, and what was served was a bowl of white rice! I ordered sashimi without wasabi, the waiter said sorry, there is no wasabi today, I will soak ginger slices for you instead of wasabi Activity: It is very convenient to go to the park under Xcaret, every 20 minutes. one of the best hotel I have stayed, you have everything like 12 restaurants to eat and the pools and the place to do kayak and be on the ocean pools ara amazing its a nice resort with everything you can dream, amazing views and the restaurant the mercado san juan its amazing for breakfast its food all around Mexico you need a week to see the whole hotel, plus you have acces to all the parks of Xcaret we try the xenses and Xcaret at night its nice, everything for all the family better than the disneys resorts I think its one of the top 10 best hotels in the world, it has something for all kind of taste, from privacy to a lot of places for socialize. I will comeback again for longer stay its worth it.

This was my second stay at the Westin Cozumel. The property is beautiful and well-maintained, and in a nice location - just a 5-10 taxi ride into town. There are several restaurants that are excellent and just steps away. The private beach and snorkeling steps away is a real plus. The staff is very pleasant and kind, particularly Damian at the front desk. We also enjoyed a massage at the Zazil spa on-site - excellent services with hydrotherapy and very skilled masseuse. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds and amazing views. Would recommend! The only I thing i foresee needing an update would be the bathroom tile work - it's starting to look a little dated/ragged. It's a short ride from the airport so, traveling from Houston, we can be on the beach with a drink in hand in under 4 hours. Win. win.

Amazing Exceptional location, the staff is very pleasant and smiling. The meals are of remarkable quality!
