The hospitality that this hotel has to offer will make you a return customer. I had such a great experience during my last minute stay here. From the guests to employees, everyone is super friendly. The hotel is spotless, and the rooms are nice and dated. It’s a steal for the price offered. I’m really here to review the manager of this location Carlin Holness. She has transformed my expectations of hotel customer service in such a positive way. From the minute she assisted me, she was nothing but bright and radiant energy. Her smile and laugh is infectious and it makes you feel right at home. If I ever own a business, I would 100% make her the face of it. She goes above and beyond for her customers and Marriott should be extremely proud to have her representing their team. I am in absolute awe of how one person can dramatically influence your stay at a hotel. She made me want to never book anywhere but Marriott. If you see this Carlin Holness, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!! My wife and I were attending a wedding in the area stayed at this hotel. When we arrived, there was only one person at the front desk so we had to wait in a long line to check in. Just as we got to the front of the line, another person (the front end supervisor) popped out of a backroom and started to help with the check in process. We were given keys to our room (which didn't work) went back down to the desk, waited in line again and were given replacement keys (which didn't work). When we returned to the front desk for the third time, we were given a different room. When we got into the room, we wanted to wash our hands and discovered that there was no soap. Again we went to the front desk and were told that they had no bar soap and that we would have to use the soap from the dispenser in the shower - not an easy thing to do when the shower floor is wet and there are mobility issues. We complained but were told that if we stayed at this hotel again, they would try to take better care of us, As a loyal Marriott customer, I am very disappointed in this hotel. A very bad job by the management.

This property is wonderful. The attention to detail is top notch. The rooms were very thoughtfully decorated. I was prepared to be fairly disconnected, but I am so glad to have been wrong. You know those high end hotel properties? I think those groups would do well to pay a visit to the Litchfield Inn and see taste, comfort, value, and tech functioning seamlessly. If I ever have reason to be back in the Greater Hartford area, The Litchfield Inn will be where you will find me!

My stay at Quality Inn was really good. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and in the morning they have bagged breakfasts (because of the virus). But overall everything was great 👍. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Spent an overnight in this fabulous, luxury hotel with all the elegant amenities one would expect in an expensive New York hotel. World class art in the lobby made the entrance to the hotel an eye-popping beginning to stay. Room was exceptionally comfortable and noise free in spite of being downtown and on a corner. Bed linens were impeccable and soft, bathtub was big enough for two, staff were kind and friendly. The Artisan Restaurant downstairs in the hotel for dinner was exceptional and Delmar breakfast was served there in the morning which was a delight. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone wanting a resort like experience without having to travel far to achieve the Zen like feeling!

The shower could NOT GET WARM. Discovered the faucet had been put on incorrectly - arrow pointing to warm was cold water, etc. - but the hot water was still VERY cool and came out at diminished stream - a medium trickle. I ended up just washing my hair, bent over so it wouldn't freeze my body. I had a business meeting an hour later. Checking out, I was not offered any reduction in price, or even a free breakfast. IT WAS A HORRIBLE SITUATION!!! (Room was nice though, and very clean.)

The place is a hidden or not so hidden gem. Service, food, activities; this place has it all and management has everyone who works there firing on all cylinders at all times. I would recommend this place to everyone as it can handle anything. I’ve found it to be more of a romantic or family type place as compared to a guys trip. Can’t speak for a girls trip but small groups are better unless going to buy out the entire place for the weekend with a wedding
