Hampton Inn Philadelphia/Plymouth Meeting Reviews

I've stayed at a number of hotels in this very immediate area, and this was BY FAR my most positive experience. The hotel was clean, the check in staff was very nice (didn't have any other experience with staff), and the breakfast was delicious. Maybe even more importantly, the coffee was GREAT (and that is rare, IMO)! I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Stayed one night to go to a Villanova University event. The beds were comfortable, it was easy to connect to wifi, and there was a Ruby Tuesdays within an easy walk out the front door of the hotel. The breakfast in the morning was beyond our expectations … very good! The university was a quick and easy trip from the hotel, too. Highly recommend.

They exceeded my expectations and they went over and above for me being my fiancé was at Bryn Mawr hospital for brain surgery. The only problem was parking .

This was my third time staying at this hotel. Everything was great just as all the others times except for the loud rattling coming form the HVAC unit in room 415 or 417 which was nonstop. It was the second room down from the elevator hallway.

My stay was amazing. The room was nice, tightly, and clean. I booked the room last minute and it served its purpose.

Upon check-in, the front desk clerk was less than welcoming. The elevators in this building were nerve-racking. The walls were thin, and the people next to me were loud. The room was clean but I wouldn’t stay here again because it was so noisy.

Very clean property, friendly staff, nice room big bed & right next to a restaurant.

Digital key not working, low water pressure in sing and toilet, (it took over 5 minutes to fill up), partially clogged drain in shower (ankle deep water before you were done), same I the sink, air conditioning did not work properly ( kicked off at seventy two even though we set it for 70).

Pleasant aroma as we entered the facility. The staff was very professional, warm and welcoming. They executed the check in process smoothe and quickly.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable about the area.

Cockroachs in room,doors not locked and have emailed GM of hotel Annette 2 times with no response!!! Horrible STAY AWAY!!

Property needs TLC. Room was clean but hallways and elevator area needs help. Nicely decorated for Christmas.

Room and bathroom were poorly equipped. No closet - just two hangers behind a curtain; one cabinet with 2 wire drawers; one small towel bar in the bathroom; hardly any space for two people to layout their toiletries. The bathroom had 2 brackets and a hole in the wall indicating that something (maybe a shelf) used to be there. The staff was very friendly and accomodating.
